The guy with a beard and mullet will tow your car at 4am in the morning. It might take 35 mins for him to get to where you are (even though it's a 5-min drive from their office), but he'll get there and will tow efficiently. Not the most professional of folks, but definitely friendly. Their "office" also comes with two dogs who will ferociously bark at you. Don't expect to have them return your calls. If you're looking for a simple tow service in the Federal Way area, then this is one option. I randomly googled for it, and that's how I came about this place. read more

Our RV (George) broke a transmission hose just as we pulled out onto the MV highway, at 5pm. Holy heck it was scary to be stuck there let alone hook this 33ft beast to a tow truck. Travis had to climb under the rig while it was downpour raining, with cars flying by at 60 mph and didn't even flinch. Yes, it took him a bit to get there but his skill and effort TOTALLY made up for it. He saved us so much money by doing it right and removing the drive line. This is the guy I will call to come help me next time I need a tow truck! And I know I can trust him at any hour of the night. read more

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE Appreciated them being available on Easter Sunday 2014, even though it took almost 5 hours for them to arrive - with the wrong type of truck. My brand new BMW motorcycle got a flat and they didn't double-check it was not a car even though BMW Roadside Assistance called them (who told me ABT was at bottom of list). Got bike up on flatbed truck, driver (older experienced guy) started to strap over the seat for the only sideways securing and I told him to strap to the frame. He said he did it all the time - so I trusted his judgement. TWO MILES down the road my brand new $30,000 bike was LYING ON ITS SIDE ! Snapped footpeg, damaged pannier box and cylinder head guards (am VERY lucky I had those installed). The pannier damage was on the bottom - small and hard to see - so I let them slide on that damage. They delivered the bike WITHOUT THE KEY to the dealer on Tuesday, then couldn't coordinate HOW TO PAY for the footpeg delaying the new part arrival for a week. What should have been a one day turnaround fix became a 10 day wait due to their ineptness. Owner (Travis) was very apologetic and offered to buy new guards ($400) but I told him I was going to buy full crash bars when they became available for this brand new model and to work with him said I'd be happy if he chipped in for 1/2 instead ($200). He said - "Sounds good - thanks - call me when they are available". So I did - and he remembered me and was very apologietic again - but that was a MONTH ago! Four more calls each week asking for him to send payment have been "It'll be in the mail today". Final warning last week has gone unanswered - so I guess he's done lying to me. Driver was a moron - owner's word isn't worth the breath it's spoken with. I will be calling BMW and telling them not to use this service - EVEN if they are the last one available on a holiday, as well as spreading the word around all the automotive/motorcycle forums I can sign up for - as well as the BBB. I would rather camp out next to my bike on the side of the road until a reputable, reliable and HONORABLE company becomes available. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK - AND DEFINITELY DON'T EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY KIND OF RESPECT. UPDATE: October 2014 - after BBB notified, within a week ABT's owner contacted me with a voicemail getting the typical "We did send check when we first talked - call us back". I instead simply sent them a SASE and did receive $220 payment within a few days. Never got "previous check" in my secure PO Box - am betting there wasn't ever one sent. read more

They answered the phone live, were professional, responded within 20 minutes and was pleasant and helpful throughout the entire experience. Had to have car towed to the dealership. Called ABT and the dispatcher rerouted Josh to our location. He was courteous and efficient. He entertained my two kids even letting them sit in the truck to stay warm. He got to the dealership and got the truck off in no time. Police responded to scene of accident, they called a tow company for my CR-V and ABT showed up within a few minutes ins wrecker and started getting into it with the police officer saying it's not a CRX, it's a AWD CR-V and would need to bring the flatbed.. They held the car and insurance took over.. Next day I was being harassed onwhere do they want the car dropped off at - I had no idea and was in pain from being rear ended - I gave insurance ABT's info and visa versa - every day for about a week they kept harassing me on the phone sometimes twice a day. I do have reason to believe they did additional damage to the front of my vehicle, since I was rear ended and now my front bumper was hanging on my a thread. Will never use ABT again read more

I live in a condo complex that has parking issues. There are not enough spaces to give any more than 1 space per 2 bedroom units UNLESS you buy additional parking. The vistor parking is about 4 spots to a hundred units. Anyway a friend of mine came over and I knew the owner did not need the spot as he was home and he has additional parking. Well I thought wrong. This was Sunday. She was there for about 1.5 hours when she left my unit and found out the car was gone. We called the tow company ABT Towing and they had just brought the car in -about 3 TO 3:00 Sunday afternoon. We drove to the tow yard by 4 to get the car out. It is about 2 miles or less from my home. I was shocked over what this guy did - I paid for the fee and had no issue with that until I was told it would be $469.00. I could not believe it and had to spend money I did not have to get the car. Then the tow guy was all over me and even told me he wished we had met under different circumstaces! A complete creep that knows where I live. I am still shocked about how acceptable it was to the tow creep to over charge someone like this. He even chuckled when I questioned the bill. This company is nasty. The office had ants every where and I looked up at the ceiling light with bare wires hanging out and thought this place is going to catch fire! Dirty nasty office and people. read more
