Been coming here for years for my bong and pipe needs (probably since 2012). Its usually a very friendly Middle-Eastern owner that helps me but tonight it was what appeared to be a half African-American teen who seemed wholly uninterested in our presence in the store. I came in with a used bong bowl and inquired on a matching diameter. He showed me over to where they were without recommending anything. He just puts a tray of bowls on the table and walks away to help a female customer (not to mention he was too busy helping a different female customer when we walked in). He comes back with a bored and uninvolved vibe while we had to measure out and look at every bowl ourselves without an ounce of help. I choose my bowl and we go to check out. The guy looks like im the cops banging on his door at 3 AM, just bothered to even be ringing me up (opposite of his attitude with the ladies). I left the store feeling slighted compared to my previous experiences of great customer service. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but we will likely find another head shop to visit where getting a replacement bowl isn't like pulling teeth in the ghetto. Maybe if I dress up like a woman Mrs. Doubtfire style id get better service. read more

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Damien (sp?) is the most genuine, down to earth guy. Took so much time talking with my husband and I, showing hs product, letting us smell and try out multiple juices for my vape. All while dealing with other customers too. Yes, they do have higher prices compared to other vape shops but the service beats a lot of places. They also have great deals going on all the time. Today we went in for a few things, leaving with a new glass piece. On our way home, pulling it out, we realized it was cracked. I knew it was the last one left, but we went back anyways. Yogi, the owner, let us swap it out with a different piece without any hassle, even though there wasn't another piece that was like the cracked on. I purchased salt nic juice and filters at this shop approximately 3 months ago. Chief complaints. 1. Filters were defective. I was sold Smok filters that seemed to have been bogus. The first 3 in the 5 pack burned out in less than half of a day. 2. The juice that they sold me burned out legit filters I already had on hand. Then, I tried the juice purchased that day with an existing legit filter. Burned that sucker out REAL quick. 3. I was not offered a receipt and like a dummie, left without thinking about it. Fast forward to today. Knowing that flavored juice is allegedly coming to a close in CA shortly here I ordered a bunch online. Because of the holidays, shipping is massively delayed. Most other shops around have not re-upped on juice because of the ban coming down the pike. In a pinch I tried A-1 again. Today's complaints: 1. The juice purchased AGAIN burned through a filter that had at least 5 days worth of life left within 2.5 hrs. 2. No receipt was offered. And folks, I'm the jackass that walked out without asking for it because I was in a hurry with my son waiting in the car (I have never vaped in his presence, yes a weak attempt to justify walking into a smoke shop with the kid playing games in the car). I don't know what the story with this place is but I don't like it. The young guy working the register was nearly clueless with regard to the alleged up and coming flavor ban. Came here because my previous visits were great but the past two times I've come here I've been disappointed. Prices on the shelf say one price yet when they ring it up it's a higher price. I brought this to their attention and they told me they didn't update the price in the shelf, just on the register. I told them in any grocery store they would honor the price on the shelf he told me this isn't a grocery store!! Bad business in my opinion. The price tag on the shelf is what matters. I'm shopping prices I can see not prices on the computer. They just lost a regular customer over 7.00 well it happened twice so my bad for paying 14.00 more than what I originally expected to pay. read more
