I initially liked this vape shop, but after several visits I think I'm done coming here. They don't stock any of the juices I vape, and they don't have the coils my vape mod uses. The lady that's always working here is nice enough, but never smiles and doesn't seem to know much about the products in general. I went to 2 other vape shops tonight, and they were both way better than this one. I really hate leaving bad reviews but this shop is just not up to par. Plus, they're a little pricey. read more

I have been a customer here for more than 4 yrs now. Everytime I go in to buy something - tanks, mods, juice I found the staff in store to be very friendly and helpful. Today I went in to return something for the first time here. I had bought Naked Lava flow juice last week. I have bought the same juice multiple times before and have never had a problem. But this time this bottle of juice had absolutely no flavor. Just plain bland smoke but had nicotine. Not very enjoyable obviously. So I took the bottle back. The guy at the store wouldn't even check the juice, didn't care that the batch of juice he's selling could be a bad batch... Nothing. He simply said there's nothing he can do since the bottle was opened. Well, I wish I had super powers to check if the juice had flavor even without opening it. Unfortunately I don't. This is really crappy customer service. I hate stores that sell stuff they are not willing to stand by. I'm taking my business elsewhere. This place needs to revisit their policies and customer service. read more

I bought a caliber Vape kit there a couple of months ago. It worked great until recently. It wouldn't charge. I took it in today and the worker there said that I was on my own to return it to the manufacturer. After talking to him, he conferred with the owner and gave me a new Vape. Came here on two different occasions and most likely will not be returning. It's convenient and they seemingly have a decent stock but the price gouging and mark ups will make online retailers seemingly much more worthwhile. I only came in as I ran out of suorin air pods and orion dna go pods and was able to make a simple purchase without much of a price hike. However, I noted the Orion Q DNA Go retails for nearly $100 for just the device itself and does not even include any pods (most starter kits include 3 pods in .25 and .50 ohm resistance). Also, the second visit they were seemingly closed on break so me and a buddy had to wait outside the door for several minutes before an associate noticed us standing to unlock the door for entry during the day of their posted business hours. The juice prices are fair for a brick & mortar shop, but my recent purchase of the Orion Q DNA Go pods for replacement tasted burnt after only 1 refill gives me doubts about their stock. Also, I noted that they had a vast selection of 7Daze salt liquids and was looking for the guava flavor only to be told that it is the only flavor they do not carry as it did not sell well. With the pricing and the selection, I unfortunately am unable to recommend this shop to any of my fellow vapors but still may be a good place for those who simply cannot wait. read more

Once upon a time this place was probably great but it is probably the most unprofessionally run business I've come across. ----- 1) Employees take parking spots in front of the store - parked like it's Fast & Furious. 2) Store is a complete disaster zone - wires everywhere on the back counter. 3) Menu binder is pretty ghetto - the binder itself, the plastic sheet covers, print/image quality, all fail. 4) Friends of the employees goofing around throughout the store. 5) Weak juice selection. 6) Couches looked sketch. 7) Logo is from One Piece. However, the kid who helped me was nice so at least there's that. read more

Cool people. However, the owner doesn't even know his product. Doesn't know the difference between ohms on coils. Doesn't know what the liquids have.
