I expect a responsible tax mgr would not leave me hanging like this. When we complained to this man he did not even bother to talk to us or meet with us and instead blamed his staff and used that same staff to try to correct the grave mistakes. We finally just took our files and walked away to another company. We are exploring litigation options as we speak. Save yourself irreparable tax history damage and please go to someone else.
