This cab company saved me on a Sunday after a wreck early in the morning. They came from Indy down…read moreto Greenwood, IN to drive me the 10 miles to Enterprise to get my rental car. Enterprise wouldn't pick me up like their advertisement claims. As much as I appreciate them being open & getting the ride, I have to say it was a bit scary. The person we had squeezed tires on every corner, texted while driving, & was showing me pics on her phone as she drove. YIKES!!!! Thankfully we arrived safely, but if it was my business I wouldn't want my drivers risking the passengers and the liability of my company in the case of an accident at the hands of an unsafe driver.

It's unprofessional to quote a time of arrival and not be remotely close to the time quote. He said it would be a couple hours before they could pick me up. He then immediately said that he would call me back in 5 minutes. Two days later and he still hasn't called me back. I had to walk a portion of this long distance to go get my vehicle before some nice person gave me a ride. I would never use this taxi service or give them one cent. I would walk first. They are unprofessional and don't care about the customers and their needs.
