Your team met her at her house and helped her safely navigate the stairs using a chair lift. She could not be happier with the kind, professional, and caring team that helped her. There were two gentlemen assisting her--one was named Cameron and one named William. Both were absolutely fantastic. They were at her home between approximately 2:00 and 2:30 p.m., and I mention that in hopes that both individuals receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding care and professionalism. They made sure my mom felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. They were quick and efficient while also being incredibly careful, checking on her frequently and asking if she was okay each time the chair lift moved. Their compassion and attention to detail made a stressful day so much easier for her. She said if she could give 10 stars, she would! She also wanted to mention that she would absolutely recommend your company to anyone in need of transportation or mobility assistance. She specifically asked me to leave a 5-star review because she doesn't use social media very much herself. This was entirely preventable with even basic attention to safety. When I contacted the office to address the incident, John's response was disappointing. He was dismissive, offered no apology, and deflected responsibility rather than acknowledging a serious lapse in care. When asked directly about their standards for safe assistance, he confirmed they provide it, yet seemed more focused on irrelevant details--such as whether stairs were involved--when my father's fall occurred on a flat surface. For a service that advertises assistance for vulnerable individuals, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company. First representative accused me of trying to fraud them for an insurance payment that never came to me due to a processing error. Even after having my insurance call them with me in the call, the lady was still defensive and very rude. Another representative had an exasperated and rude tone throughout the call. I get it, customer service can be frustrating and you deal with a lot of energy draining people. But this went beyond that and into passive aggressiveness and dismissiveness despite maintaining a respectful tone myself the entire call. Next time, I'd rather wait for another ambulance or let myself expire than have to deal with this hassle.
