They have several vehicles, let them know how many passengers, accurate count/size of luggage and departure time. Da Service: They normally arrive 10-15 minutes early to load luggage etc. Vehicles have been clean and comfy, water available as well. Couple of times we were in peak traffic, alternate routes were taken and we stayed on schedule.
