There was no way I could physically be there to transport her to her appointment at 6AM due to my work schedule. I called and spoke to the owner, texted the contact information and destination and got a text confirming and stating when the car would arrive. While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs.
