We were the only people there which made it even better so we didn't have to whisper or bother others getting massages. The quality of the massage was well beyond the dollar amount. He reinsert my card into machine demanding for me to leave a tip. He tried to keep my receipt and charge a tip for himself. He then proceeded to display the same behavior to the other customer I was with. He started becoming very hostile and became very physically intimidating. He wrote down my name and then later chased my friend to her car. He took pictures and videos of her against her consent. The female associate with him also encouraged this man's behavior and was attempting to have my friend tip both of them. This behavior is extremely unprofessional to paying customers. I will never recommend this place to anyone again. I have been a customer for many years and this was very disrespectful. This man is a danger to other young female customers.
