I had an amazing experience at Spa Face and Body, it was my first ever facial prior to starting I was informed on the steps for my 60 minute facial. The environment was great white noise, smelt amazing and very relaxing. Reagan My aesthetician had an amazing gentle touch and preformed each step with care. What a wonderful find! I had heard about this place but had not been able to try it yet. I am so glad I finally did. Spa Face & Body has such a relaxing, rejuvenating and welcoming vibe upon walking in. It smells great. It is clean and the two ladies that I spoke to while there were friendly and kind. Sara gave me my massage and she did fantastic. The perfect pressure and made me feel comfortable during the massage. The booking process is so easy online, that I don't think I can stop booking appointments, which might make my husband mad...lol!! They have a spot with facial and skin care products for sale along with essential oils and jewelry. I have had a lot of massages before and have visited several different places, this one ranks right up there with my favs! Definitely will be back in a week or two. read more

Have had a facial and sports massage here. The facial was relaxing and beneficial. We've set up a monthly plan to work in collagen production such as dermaplan. The sports massage incorporated deep tissue, stretches and pressure point therapy. Best massage I've had, and I've had a lot. Already booked a follow up appointment for two weeks out. read more

This place provides great, consistent service. It's one of the nicest places I've seen in the surrounding area, such a calm relaxing environment. I also want to acknowledge them for being so kind-I got a flat tire on my way to a recent appointment and they were kind enough to call me back and check in with me. Someone recommended this Spa on nextdoor.com so being the kind of person that loves a wonderful relaxing spa experience I had to give this place a try! I really like that they have their website set up so that you can make your appointments online without having to call in. I chose their house special "SPA FACE + BODY MASSAGE" for 90 minutes and it was heavenly! I like that this place isn't a chain, and the spa itself was decorated very tastefully. The business has a dedicated parking lot, so it was easy to get in and out of my appointment. I will definitely be back. read more

I have to say I was extremely disappointed in the facial I received yesterday. I entered into the room, laid down and was not told what type of facial I was getting, nor the steps that it would include. There was a lot of lag time between steps and I was not informed of any of products being applied (until the end when I rec'd a card listing the products). At the end of the facial I was told to dress in the provided robe to move on to my next treatment. As I went to get myself together I glanced in the mirror and noticed I had tons of black makeup under my eyes. If you've ever had a facial, you would know the first step is make up removal, which clearly wasn't done and leaves me to believe that make up was rubbed all around my face and into my pores with each step. Please review with your staff and educate them on bedside manner and how to properly inform your clients of the treatment they are about to engage in! read more

Ive Never been here but I did purchase two gift certificates for my siblings. Over the phone customer service was friendly and helpful. My siblings said the spa was cozy and clean and they were so happy with their massage and facial. I will definitely be visiting this spa when I am back in Waxahachie. read more
