I had a cake shipped that was to be delivered in specific time frame. (2-3 days). It left bakery…read more12/9 arrived Christiansburg 12/11. I received phone call 12/16 at work. the lady said she opened my box and tin was still cool did I want it in refrigerator. I said yeah. Then after I hung up it hit me she just opened my package without my permission. At the time I didn't know the cake had sat in Christiansburg for 5 days. After driving to FedEx and asking for explanation I was told a mgr would call next day. No call. I had to call 1-800 number finally 3rd live person I got took complaint. Mgr called today and brushed it off like it was no big deal package was opened. And had backup of trucks couldn't get them unloaded. This was 2nd cake they screwed up delivery on first. I now have a 3rd cake to be delivered tomorrow. I have little faith it will make it. I never get anything in time as expected from FedEx. I will not be using any company that uses FedEx for delivery in the future.

I've never had this problem with UPS. FedEx should be ashamed of themselves. The overnight flight arrived in Roanoke 39 minutes late. The trucks to the new River Valley from Roanoke were all basically on time. There's no excuse for a leaving live animals on a truck all day long. After calling four times throughout the afternoon, someone finally contacted the driver who came right over and arrived at 5:05pm! Luckily, the fish are alive, but everyone who relies on overnight shipping/promised by noon should know about this.

They came out to "fix" it and installed an adapter (see photo) in the line. The tech said I need to disconnect the line every once in awhile and clean the hose. I recently called them and was told the charges are $125 just to show up which included 15 minutes of "service" plus $3 for fuel. After that was $22.50 for every 15 minutes plus charge for any parts. They a tech would call me that afternoon or the following day. They've said that same thing in the past when I called them. Never heard from them again. I paid thousands of dollars to have a clean water system. You can see in the pictures the product and service you get if you do business with this company. If Yelp had negative stars, this company would have them.

Not much, but enough that would cause damage if not detected in time. I found Culligan customer support phone number and made several calls. No answer or the wait time was ridiculous. So I emailed them. A week went by no response. I sent a second email. A week went by no response. I sent a third email and got a question about my address and that they would notify my local distributor. Several more weeks have gone by, No response. My review, Product in its original condition worked fine, easy to install. provided great filtered drinking water in many areas where water may have be contaminated. For this I would have given Culligan filter system a 4 out of 5 stars. Customer service I give 1 out of 5 stars. And to top it off I will have to buy a new filtration system so I didn't save a dime here. Nor will I ever use Culligan services again. Obviously I am not important to them as a customer.
