Unreliable, Dishonest, and Costly…read more If you're a business owner working under tight deadlines--and especially if you don't have a personal connection to the owner--I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere. My experience was not only financially costly, but it also harmed my client's timeline and trust. I was promised delivery of signs by Friday--an essential piece for my client's project. When I hadn't even received a proof by Wednesday, I called and was told it would be sent by end of day. Thursday came and went with no proof, and the same story repeated the following week. Despite daily follow-ups, including multiple team members trying to reach someone, no one followed through. I was repeatedly misled about progress: at one point I was told the signs were already in production, only to find out they hadn't even been started. There was never any proactive communication from their side at any point. Every call, every follow-up, and every attempt to move the project forward came from me or someone on my behalf. Not once did they reach out with an update, a delay notice, or any acknowledgment of the situation. Eventually, I had someone with a long-standing personal relationship with the owner step in to get a response. The owner falsely claimed the proof had already been sent and was likely sitting in a spam folder--it wasn't. That was simply not true. After numerous calls and interventions, I finally received the signs 11 days late, with no proof ever provided, and at a higher price than originally quoted. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, promises were broken, and accountability was non-existent. Most frustrating of all, I never even received as much as an apology for any of this. With the exception of one individual who genuinely tried to help, the rest of the staff I interacted with were generally rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Even the owner--who was made fully aware of the situation--chose not to reach out to me directly, instead having someone unfamiliar with the issue handle it. I understand that delays and miscommunications can happen, but this experience went far beyond that. It was marked by dishonesty, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism. I will not do business with this company again, and I strongly caution any business owner--especially those working under deadlines--not to rely on them.

I attempted to take two packages to this location for UPS. I watched from my car while a pair of…read moremen left, one with a mask one without. So I walked in with my daughter not wearing a mask. Say what you will, but some people do have medical reasons for not wearing them. I don't owe anyone an explanation regarding my medical reasons, nor do I expect to be discriminated against as a result of. That in mind... while the man wearing the Cheetos T-shirt was assisting two customers rather slowly I might add, I stood about 15 feet away with my daughter and my two packages. A few minutes after waiting he looks to me directly and tells me... You need to put a mask on. So... I did. I put a mask on. It covered part of my mouth but not my nose. My daughter wore hers under her nose. A moment later the man is looking at ME again, and says... You need to wear the mask the right way. I say, "There's no law stating how I have to wear this mask." There isn't. In fact, already by the way he's treating me in front of other customers... I'm feeling incredibly discriminated against and harassed. I find it to be incredibly unprofessional for an employee to behave in this manner. He continues on with how I need to place it over my face. He did not tell my daughter how to wear her mask. I found that to be pretty odd, that he was so focused in upon me specifically. I said, you know what, I'll just leave. Frankly there are other means to mail off packages... so I went to the UPS office in Dublin and guess what... mailed my packages off for CHEAPER, and the woman there was a hell of a lot nicer and more professional... plus there was no wait. NRVShipping, shame on you... You will never have my business again, and you know, discrimination is bullshit. I've read several times Governor Northams speech and he clearly states that there are instances where people are NOT required to wear a mask, one of them being for health conditions. It is not for anyone at NRVShipping to determine what my health conditions are, or question me, or shame me publicly as a result of. Health conditions or not, I too still have things that I must do in life. Given the choice, I would certainly not have been coming into a shipping company of all places for a good time.

I'll be shipping through the post office from now on but I have had some good experiences here no doubt.
