When I gave her all my paperwork and soon as I started talking about being in a new tax bracket she got jumpy and defensive which was confusing to me. It was apparent that she did not enter in my information correct. I reached out to her to ask about it calmly and that is when she exploded and sent me a nasty email. I went to her to get my paperwork back and she came out with her hands up and frantically saying she did everything right... It was a very awkward situation. I believe she may have gotten caught up in someone else's mess and it jilted her. I have never and will never lie on my taxes and I have never asked her to do so.
