My real estate agent referred me. I have since closed the business and gotten married but I have continued to go to him for the good service and knowing the job is done correctly. One thing I like is the sit down session after he has prepared the taxes is ready to file. You can asked all the question you need to understand the preparation. The documents you give him are organized and returned in folder labeled with the year. If I ever get audited I can just hand over the folders and keep it moving. I have referred my closest friend to him and he and his wife have been using Andrew for 3 years I think.

Then after we paid them they never submitted our return. After more than a month, I called them asking about our return and they admitted their mistake. When I asked for a partial refund since they completely dropped the ball the receptionist said "Oh please I can only say that I'm sorry" Looks like next year we will either do our returns through TurboTax or go to a friendly H&R Block. At least they won't be outright rude
