During the vehicle restoration involving multiple mechanics, my audio system was disturbed causing speaker wires and power sources to my AMP and Radio to be diconnected while causing electrical shorts in my car. Boh and Vaz assessed my situation and came up with a recommendation that not only restored my audio but got rid of the electrical shorts that were causing issues with my car. They also fixed my brake lights which somehow got disconnected during the restoration project. I was able to keep my Retro Radio and Kenwood AMP without having to upgrade to a more expensive solution. I had to replace my door speakers with Helix 4" that have an unbelievable crisp sound. The original speakers sustained a lot of damage from door slams and getting kicked when exiting the vehicle. The Helix Speakers were installed with a kicker grill plate to avoid a repeat of that problem. Boh and Vaz were easy to work with and kept me informed of my options and the progress of the repair/installation. The Interior is my next task to complete the restoration.

I arrived at 9am -- their posted opening time -- only to watch the staff stroll in around 9:20. Then I had to wait while they dealt with a customer whose Bluetooth they'd installed incorrectly. When I finally spoke to the manager, I showed him the parts, explained the job, got a quote, and headed back to my office -- another $60 cab ride -- trusting they'd do what they said they could do. Ninety minutes later, they called to say they couldn't remove my tires because they were "on too tight." They didn't have the proper power tool to remove them. A mobile audio shop that can't remove wheels for a job they agreed to do. I asked if they could find a tool somewhere. They couldn't. I asked if they could at least do the front doors -- the part that didn't require touching the wheels. They said no, because they "already had other cars" and mine was now sitting in the street. So I took another $60 Uber back to pick up my untouched car. $120 in transportation, half a day of work lost, and absolutely nothing to show for it. They didn't even bother to do the portion of the job they could have done. I'm sure they have a couple of things they do well, but the devil‑may‑care attitude, the lack of basic tools, and the complete disregard for my time means I won't be returning. If you value professionalism, reliability, or even the slightest respect for your schedule, look elsewhere.

Had a terrible experience at Jingle Bells Electronics…read more Called ahead to ensure they could provide the service and had the product I wanted. After some discussion and the up selling me.. They asked me to bring my vehicle in to triple check, just to be sure. Which I did. They are 1 hour away, which I figured out after I started discussions with them, but I brought it anyway. He said they'd take care of it and deal with Luxury cars all the time. Arriving at the location, they checked it out and said they could complete the job in about 3 or 4 hours, but not on that day (Saturday) as they initially said, as they'd have to order the unit (which they mentioned before that they had available). Cool, No Worries. No problem, I spent another $15 in Tolls and another hour to head back home with an appointment and my deposit paid for the following Saturday. I mentioned I had an Important event to attend (An event for my Birthday, but that's none of their business really) and they suggested I drop the car off the evening before they close, so they can get it started first thing on Saturday morning, so I can get the vehicle back early in the day. Sure. Spent the extra time fighting through Friday Afternoon Traffic to do so and struggled to make it back home. I get a call around 2pm on Saturday to say that there's an issue with the install and they couldn't deliver the vehicle on that day. I tried to pivot and rearrange my plans so I wouldn't waste time and money, but they promised to have the vehicle done by the next day, Sunday. Reminder! They've had the car since Friday.. I get a call on Sunday just after 12 to say that the Car is finally ready! Awesome! Get back there again ($80 Uber Ride) to be told that they can't complete the job and that, in fact, it wasn't ready and still, now, again, in pieces. It took me about 2 and a half hours to get there.. No one could call beforehand to say, well, we're still having issues? I tell the representative at the store that I've now wasted a weekend and maybe close to $200 in rides back and forth.. Why didn't you call me back when you realized it wasn't ready.. "Sorry" I'm then told that my car wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes because they had to put it back together. Okay. They give me $50 to help with Transportation costs. I'm told 45 minutes later that the car is ready. My car is filthy. Water bottles, packaging, wires.. And, 39 more miles on the odometer, but the gas tank filled up again. I will NEVER go back to this place, for ANYTHING for my vehicle and will GLADLY share my experience with them every chance I get with whoever wants to listen, because WTH?

Mark hooked up the headlights and despite how hot & humid the day his whole staff entertained me with a conversation while they all were working. I couldn't finish the job because I lacked the Bulb kit necessary but Mark pulled through yet again told me to come by next week and he'll install that too for a fair price. All around good spot and I'll bring my car back.
