Installation went smoothly and quickly as was promised, and I was quoted a fair price without any haggling or feeling like I was being worked over. After a quick google search and reading positive reviews, I called and got a quote on a new, simple car radio for my moms car. Tony was great, the installation was fast, and they let me use their vacuum so I could clean my moms car while they installed her new radio. Highly recommended, great service and super nice guys. I called this establishment to inquire if I can bring my car in for radio installation. The person answers the phone but is having multiple other conversations with people in the shop in spanish. In and out of conversations he's asking me for information. He's clearly not following what I'm saying but blaming me for not being specific on my car/year and accessories...while he continues to have conversations with other people. He then claims that he asks all the questions because people lie all the time about what accessories they have and then get a lower price for lying. I had to check this guy. For one, I wasn't asking for a price quote. I just needed to know if I can bring the car and radio in, so they can install. Two, he wasn't paying full attention because he was in and out of conversation with other people. Three, he called me a liar and I was offended. I told him, and he apologized but the damage was already done. Ya lost my business bro. Taking it to the Bronx instead. Black man trying to show support for my people, and have to deal with this insulting bs. Maybe this guy was having a bad day. But calling prospective business opportunity liar while having a half ass conversation is poor business ethics. read more

This was the "only" place I found in Manhattan that would install a new radio/CD system in my Toyota Camry. Every other place was miles away, outside the city, and would have been a time-consuming hassle to get to. Using Tony was perfect. I told him i wanted a simple-to-operate radio/CD player, and that's exactly what he gave me. No bells and whistles. And it, plus the installation, was very reasonably priced. His small establishment is a little different from what I'm use to on the upper east side and going there was definitely an experience. Tony is THE BEST! I wanted to replace my yucky factory car radio with something more decent, but not high-end expensive. I thought I needed new speakers as well since the sound was really bad. Tony said all I needed was the radio, and I didn't have to replace my speakers. Another establishment would've probably told me to buy a whole new system. I used to live right around the corner from them. When my stock radio stopped working, I asked them for help! Tony hooked be up with something better at a reasonable price. Since then I've had my windows tinted, a backup camera installed, and I think I asked him to adjust my headlights once! They have been great and always able to work with my crazy schedule and short notices. The guys have always been very respectful, and I've even seen Tony do some good deeds for an older disabled man.
