I recently bought my house in Naples, and the garage doors were noisy enough to wake the neighbors. I booked the job of replacing rollers and general tuneup for two garage doors with Leo. He made an appointement for me with his tech Benjamin. When Benjamin found he would be late, he called me and then a bit later, Leo called, both to be sure this was OK with me. It was, and when Benjamin came, he explained what he was going to do, and did a good job, using good quality parts. He also lubed all the noisy parts and showed me what I needed to do to maintain the doors. The results are excellent; doors are much quieter, and I am happy to recommend A2Z. I been using Brian for my home in the past when my springs broke twice. He arrived the next day and was friendly, quick and competent. I used him again for my mom's house to replace a burned out motor. When I called Brian he first gave me tips to trouble shoot and if it didn't work to call him back. Not all repairmen would do this . When I had no luck he than gave me options of buying a motor though him or going to Lowe's/Home Depot for a less expensive model and he would install just the same. I went through Lowe's and he came at the day and time he said he was. He knew what he was doing installing the motor as must of did this 100 times. He also educated us to give a working knowledge of our motor with the smart features . He oiled our springs, and door wheels when my mom asked happily. I have zero reservations about his integrity, competence and professionalism. If you have no idea to go with for your garage door needs, give Brian a try and you will not be disappointed as you can tell he is dedicated to his craft. read more

I was really disappointed with the service Brandon from A2Z garage doors. MY appointment was for 400pm he calls me says he will be 30-40 minutes late due to traffic. They need to make ample time to arrive at there appointments. When he arrived he didn't even bother to see what the problem was he just said it was a censor problem when that wasn't even the problem. So I told him if he wanted to see what the problem was and he said sure then he said my door panels were going out and all he could do is put a bandaid which was a 16" feet metal strut. Then he recommended If we wanted to get a new door with everything included for 600 plus. I just wanted my door fixed with him actually doing something else then putting a strut that cost $135!!! Yikes. If I knew that's all he was gonna do. I would of went to Home Depot and got a metal strut and put it on my self. And SAVED $135!!! I will not use there service again. !!!! read more

Brian and his neighbor came out on time to install my new insulated door which looks awesome. They cleaned up their mess and hauled off the old crumbling door. They noticed my opener was offset by about a foot and repositioned it for me for $40.00 bucks more which kinda disappointed me cuz he drove a nail quite a few times in my finished ceiling to find a stud that was there all along. I even went into my attic to confirm that it was there but I got charged for the moving of the opener anyway which only took a few minutes and a couple of screws. Don't go to these guys. The owner himself came to work on my garage door and did a totally garbage job. My garage door opener needed a spindle/gear replacement. He did not put the one screw that was heard to get to and neeeding a special tool to install. How did I find out? Because I had to call another company to fix his mess. The cable came loose about an hour after he left. I called him and he said his guys were fully booked all day. They're from Modesto, I'm from Tracy. They could have dropped by on their way home. My garage door was stuck halfway open and I told him I wasn't gonna leave the garage door like that ovenight. Still no help from this guy so I had to call another company from Stockton. The verdict, previous guy did not adjust the cable correctly so it came off the spinning wheel. A 5-minute job. This is when the guy discovered about that missing screw also. When I called them the following day and told him about the screw that he did not install, he offered to send one of his guys to fix it. Guess what I told him, no thanks. I will not let these guys go near my garage door again. You shouldn't either!!! read more

We have been having problem with our garage door for about a year and half. The door wouldn't always close, the cable would come off the roller and the door seems to out of alignment. They came out last month and looked at the door. We were told that it looked like someone had hit or stepped on the door. We had to pay for the service call and nothing was really done. Well yesterday my garage door wouldn't close, one of the rollers had came out and the cable came undone. So we called to the company to come out and look at it again. We had an appointment for this afternoon between 1 and 2 around 11:30 am I received a call and said that they are running behind and asked if it would be OK if they came out between 3 and 4 I said that was fine. Well here it is 4:40 and no one is here and we have not received a phone call. OK so Brandon showed up a little late, but my garage door is fixed. The door is real quite, the door has never been this quite. I am a very happy camper. read more
