I don't know if he wasn't getting the messages or he thinks he's too important to return phone calls. You have got a storefront and two cubicles. I don't know why you think you're setting the world on fire, but I still haven't gotten a call back from him. I found the agent on Cicero just south of Devon, he's already provided me with information I didn't know before. I couldn't wait to get away from this incompetent agent. Recently, though, I decided to return and the staff there consistently dropped the ball with my application. In the end, they completely failed at writing a set of new policies that were an exact duplicate of my previous ones. They turned a really small deal -- switching homeowners' coverage to State Farm -- into a huge disaster. Weeks and weeks of delays, glitches and just plain ol' not getting things done led to my mortgage lender buying insurance for me. That "lender-placed coverage" was very over-priced, and paid from my escrow account -- which then caused my mortgage payment to increase by nearly 40%!

She gave us a good quote on full coverage which included many discounts like good student, clean record and part time driver. The office was big and nice with a waiting area.
