Myself and my father had to wait for them for three hours to only for them to take off the tire. When the tire had only came out of their placement we only required for the tire to be drilled in back in its original placement. We spent there just for them to not know how to do certain things that my father had to show them. We told them that we only needed the bar of the tire to be fixed but they had made it so complicated and such a slow process to fix it. Just checked in with my father. Looks like they over taxed us for one nut for 20% on top of that they put in from our distance to their shop with 8 miles when we were just two miles away. Couldn't justify the fact that I paid 40 dollars to tighten a valve stem on a rim. Please call them and get prices before showing up.

We encountered a tire problem on the road and called to see if they could fix the tire and rim on a Class A motor home. We were told to come on in and they would help us. We weren't able to make it the same day due to delays in traffic, but when I called to say we wouldn't be there until the next morning...they even offered to let us stay in their parking lot overnight! So accommodating! We went in the next morning, we ended up leaving the rv for them to repair the tire and rim. Again, they were so accommodating and had us back in shape by that afternoon. The price was more than fair! Thank you Jim! So, if you are ever in need of tire repairs and are near Ormand Beach, Fla...give them call! read more

DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY. Communication is key. Unfortunately, this company does not seem to grasp this ideal. My husband's car gave up the ghost at a gas station this morning. I myself was in Winter Haven visiting my parents 3 hrs away. So I'm making my way over once I learn this. My husband made the request via AAA at 10:16am. There was an estimated 149 minute wait. The timing was perfect initially. I make my way to hubby close to the time that was estimated for service. Eventually the tow truck arrives and parks itself. My husband goes to stand beside the vehicle with the assumption whoever it was is completing paperwork, gathering themselves etc...but then to our astonishment, the tow truck drives off! A minute or so later my husband gets a text asking that he rate his service...what service?! There was no call, text, communication whatsoever of arrival, an effort in a point of contact. Nothing. They did not even step out of the car! So we call the tow company and they said the driver said they did not see anyone...really?! So much for due diligence. Did you call? Did you text? Did you LOOK? You didn't even get out of the car. It is now approaching 6pm (since 10:16am mind you!) and we are still here waiting to be assisted. We learned they are the top priority on the list when it comes to servicing this area...umm...no thanks. This is NOT good customer service or customer service generally speaking. When AAA made contact (the 3rd time was it?) they made it known they were not going to assist...which worked great because we don't entrust them with our vehicle in any way shape or form. The lack of care and consideration is more than evident. Short handed or not, you don't treat people this way!!! read more

I've had my truck towed several times by other companies but this one was the absolute worst they destroyed my shift cable on my truck and it caused $680 worth of damage and they only wanted to settle $100. As well they broke the side of my automatic chair in my F-150 pickup truck. Very unprofessional and handling of my truck caused a lot of damage to it. Would not recommend at all. read more

With just ONE phone call we received the road side service we needed. Watch out don't fall victim to road side service scavengers! We were traveling on the freeway in our motor home when we had a tire blow out at 70 mph. After calling six phone numbers I found the number for AA Accurate. I knew I had the right company when the courteous person answering the phone quoted a price of a replacement tire to me right then over the phone. They showed up when they said they would. The employee changed the tire right there on the freeway. We had a 'scavenger' company pull up and asked if they could 'help'. I'm so glad we did not fall prey to them. The new tire was put on and the cost was exactly was quoted. I highly recommend this company for road side service. read more

A few months back one of their drivers backed into my brand-new vehicle while I was parked I didn't even call and need a tow or anything. Then after talking to the manager and getting cussed out and hung up on over the phone I went through their insurance to find out they aren't even insured please do yourself a favor and never use them. read more

My wife and I along with 2 grandchildren were driving west through Deltona last night,Jan 31 around 6:30 Pm , when one of your trucks almost rear ended us at a stop light. When the light turned green the truck pulled into right lane then immediately cut in front of us without signaling. Missed us by a foot. I flashed my brights to show my disproval. Tried to follow but the driver of your truck was weaving in and out of traffic going at least 10 miles/hour over limit. he swerved into the waiting lane to get on I4 west cutting off at least 10 cars already in line . At that point there was an opening where I was able to speed up to 80mph! just so I could identify who this SOB worked for. Your company's name was on side of truck. I'm afraid this individual is going to cause more accidents when traveling to scene of accident or problem. Take him off the road if your logs can identify who he is. . read more

The absolute most worst unprofessional harish business I came in contact with. On yesterday I had a blow out after giving a price from the gentleman who come out to assist me which I was a block around the corner from where there business located.... My tire blew out & the manager Jimmy who I spoken with after giving me a price of $70.00 just for the worker David coming out to change my tire and placing my spare on. Jimmy was very rude and really unprofessional I would not "DARE" recommend anyone to do business with this company. I truly think this was a high way robbery. A large truck belonging to AA Accurate Truck and Auto backed the tail of his truck into the lane I was driving in and I had no time to react It was dark out and the back of the truck had no lights or reflectors. The driver stated that they should have some type of lights there but when they tried, they found it could cause damage to the vehicle they were towing, so they decided to continue leaving them dark. The officer taking the report stated that their driver, Keith J Dean was backing improperly and also failed to yield right-of-way. The damage he caused will total my vehicle. The owner, "Jimmy" said he doesn't think he'll have any trouble avoiding responsibility for his drivers actions and refuses to give me contact information for their insurance company. If anyone is considering using this business, please do yourself a favor and go to a company that understands responsibility! read more
