I reached out to several solutions on the local area of Spanish Fork, Springville, and Mapleton and Simplex was the first to reply. Samantha is the wonderful lady that runs the place and she reached out with all of the information that I needed and was by far the friendliest person I interacted with during my search. Based off of my conversation with Samantha alone, I knew that I would be using Simplex over the others. The units are extremely clean, very tall (10 ft?), are relatively new and very secure with 24/7 monitoring. I was able to rent a 10x15, a 10x10, and a climate controlled 5x5 unit. It was easy to set up, extremely easy to pay and move in, and a breeze to check out. Our stuff was in perfect shape when we checked after having our stuff stored for 4 months through the summer. I can't stress how awesome Samantha was to work with, as silly as it sounds for a storage facility. She was very accommodating to our circumstances, even let me park a Uhaul overnight when I was in a pinch. She'll remember your name and she'll proactively reach out to see if you need anything. I highly recommend Simplex if you have bay storing needs.

What is one supposed to say about a storage unit? It is a boring business. It is not exciting…read more They are not selling you a product that you can take home and wear or eat or admire. I don't think anyone on this planet drives by a storage facility and says, "wow, what an awesome place to spend money." I don't think anyone even cares about these types of businesses.......until they need one. I had some rather expensive furniture delivered before we were ready to put it in our house and I was suddenly in need of a place/. I went to THREE different places to find a unit to rent and I got the run around over and over. The final one was on 7th east right south of Sandy city self storage. There was a sign on the door they said 'be right back'. I, along with 2 other customers sat outside in the middle of the day for more than 20 minutes. No one came. I suddenly had visions of my high school prom date ghosting me after dinner...and became frustrated seeing as how this was the third go aground. I googled storage units near me and up popped sandy city storage. And it was just a couple blocks away. I pulled up and met a man named Bailey. He was friendly, fast, efficient and had me in and out within 10 minutes. Voila. Finished! When I came back a week later to load in the furniture, he again was there and helped me get situated, and was extremely helpful. Now, several months later, I went to check out and couldn't remember the process to get into my unit. He smiled and then helped me out again. It's like Thai guy loves his job. It's like he is super proud to work for such a great....albeit....boring company. Bailey was fantastic!!! So, if you need to store l crap, or treasured jewels, give him a call and you will be glad you did. ....I wonder if the person ever came back from their break at that other storage place..... oh wellZ.
