We had a very disappointing experience with All Smiles Moving. My mother-in-law booked them based on an estimate provided ahead of time (03/26/26) and paid a deposit. However, on the day of the move (04/09/26), they presented a new estimate that was higher than what was originally agreed to. Before the movers even arrived, my husband had already done a significant amount of the work himself, he moved all the boxes into the garage and disconnected the washer and dryer. The only items left in the home were the large furniture pieces. When the two movers arrived, they even commented that this was going to be an "easy move" because of how much had already been done. We were told a crew of 3 movers would be handling the job, but only 2 showed up for most of the move. A third mover didn't arrive until the last couple of hours to help with the unloading. Because of this, the move took longer than it should have and since they charge hourly, that directly increased the total cost. This seems like normal practice for them, a bait and switch. They also spent an excessive amount of time (about an hour) just wrapping furniture, which again added to the bill. At the end, the total came out to nearly $1,000 significantly more than expected. On top of that, we received inconsistent paperwork with different versions of the agreement, which makes the charges even more questionable. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and misleading. Despite the amount of prep work done ahead of time, the job still took longer and cost more than it should have. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend getting everything clearly locked in writing and confirming crew size before the move starts. These guys were so helpful and great! I needed a last minute move of a piano and was able to set something up very quickly and have them show up that same week. All 4 people who showed up were extremely courteous, well mannered and respectful of each other, myself, my grandparents, my home, and the piano. They took such great care moving something so special. Safety was of the upmost priority and they took care to make sure the piano was well padded and set so that it wouldn't get damaged in the short drive. I was a little taken aback by the price tag of $250 to move a piano a short distance, but by the end, it was the best $250 I could have spent. I had zero worries, even in the rain. These guys are also very strong- my grandparents and I were amazed by their strength and ability to move the piano so fluidly and safely and knew a special heirloom was in safe and capable hands. read more

Stay away! We recently paid for service for this company to load a uhaul and provided blankets and materials to protect our belongings. After arrival to our new house and having professional unloaders we were shocked to see that all smiles moving company destroyed all of our belongings which include a $7000 couch. $1000 bed. $2000 table. $200 coffee table. $300 grill. Etc. They used no protection on our furniture even though it was provided. All the blankets were still folded and on the ground in the truck. They also said that my deep feezer, Kids bikes and bbq could not fit so i had to pay separately to move these items. I could not verify at the time how things were packed due to the king mattress being the last thing packed and blocking my view. They rushed as fast as they could and loaded my 2800 sq foot house in 120 mins. We should have known it was a poor job, but had used them twice prior with no issues. However this time it was a new crew. We tried resolving with owners prior to review. The owner Kendall said we are lying and was absolutely unprofessional. We have pictures of all damage and a witness upon loading and unloading. Here are just a few photos of the damage. We were given a small refund that doesn't even cover the bbq. Very disappointed as this company has simply went from quality work who cares about their business to rushed work that is more worried about the next job.edit. I used All Smiles Moving few weeks ago, needed to move my furniture into storage. Scheduling with All Smiles was a breeze, very helpful on the phone. Also, they send a text reminder the day before with the estimated arrival time. And another text the day of the move to let me know when they are on their way. They arrived right on time. My two movers, Collin and Dallen (not sure about the spelling) were polite, professional, efficient, careful, friendly, competent, and extremely hard working! I could not have asked for better guys! They were very careful moving the stuff, loading and unloading. Everything went very smoothly. You can tell they have experience, and they are very, very good at their jobs. I will be using them again soon (to move from storage to the final place) and I am actually looking forward to the move! Yes, they are that good! Disclaimer: I found this company from the Yelp reviews; did not know them before. This company deserves 50 stars out of 5 not 5 out of 5, because they did such a stellar job! I live in Texas and needed to line up some help for my mom to move out of her basement apartment and picked All Smiles after looking at reviews and calling around. They directly answered when I called (had to leave messages and do phone tag for a few other places to do due diligence comparisons), it was easy to get a quote, and their pricing was straightforward with no surprises. AND they showed up at my mom's house on time and did a FANTASTIC job moving her and finished the move within the time they quoted. She was very impressed and grateful for their help (as she enthusiastically texted me). I'm torn on this review because Mitch and Taylor were great guys who worked hard and did a good job, but in terms of cost, I was pretty clearly given a bait and switch. I used Yelp to get multiple estimates on the cost to move stuff from a UPACK into our house in Salt Lake City. I have in writing an estimate of $100 per hour for 4 guys and it would take 2-3 hours. $100 an hour for 4 guys seemed like a steal, so I went with them, using simple math that it would cost $200-300. What I got was 2 guys for 3 hours. That didn't bother me too much. He claimed the 4 guys thing was a mistake, and since they still got it done in 3 hours, I was good. The reason for 3 stars was because they charged me an additional $200 of driving time from their houses in Provo. So instead of $200-$300 as expected it was over $500. He claimed he thought he told me that over the phone, but if I'd known they'd charge me an extra $200 because they live in Orem, I would have found someone closer or someone who didn't charge me for getting to the worksite. Our movers who packed the uhaul did not charge us for travel time to our house and I was not expecting it here. In the end $525 for 3 hours of moving from 2 guys is pretty steep. I'd recommend them if you are in the Orem area, otherwise I'd go with someone else. read more

We were in a bind on the 4th of July as the moving company we had scheduled (Zav Movers) didnt show up amd we were frantic and feeling helpless. We called All Smiles and they were at our house within an hour. They were prompt, works hard, didnt take any breaks, super careful with all our stuff.
