Starting with Matthew in the office who was amazing and very helpful on the planning end of things to Rad the driver who was excellent in every way. The night went off without a hitch. We booked this company for our wedding day on 6/15/2019, but it wasn't exactly smooth sailing. The limo was supposed to pick me and my bridesmaids up from the salon we were getting read at by 12:00PM and it arrived almost 40 minutes late. Because of this, we were late getting to our first look photo shoot and was cut short on photos we were supposed to take. Additionally, it pushed everything else back and we only made it to the church with a few minutes to spare. It wouldn't have been as big of a deal, but the limo driver never called me ahead of time saying they would be late. Rather, I called them 5 minutes before pickup time and said sorry then, saying that there had been an issue with getting the limo. The driver claimed it wasn't his fault so I had to redirect my call to customer service for the company instead with my dilemma. They sincerely apologized but another "sorry" wasn't going to get back any lost time or photos of our wedding day. They said they couldn't give any money back so instead, we negotiated a deal after the wedding for a limo to bring us to the airport for our honeymoon. They also gave us our champagne they originally forgot on our wedding day. In the end everything worked itself out, but a limo company getting paid $$$ with only one job to do? It shouldn't be that difficult to receive the one thing you paid for. I'm still giving 5 stars because we believed we still got decent service when everything was all said and done. read more

Please read... I contracted this company and ordered in total 4 Limousines for my sister's wedding day. The Rolls Royce was beautiful; the driver was professional and really played the part. When the 2nd limousine arrive; well it was 1. Outdated 2. Rust on windows 3. Interior was dirty (chrome polls within cabin were dirty) 4. Moldings missing on windows; I was extremely shocked and disappointed. 5. Driver was NOT dressed for the occasion. I called the company and the lady just said to call back on Monday and speak with Karen. After the event, I had two Limousines order; one to take my family back home and one to transport my sister and her husband to the airport. My Limousine has a radio that did NOT work and when asked, the driver responded in a rude tone that he can not pull-over because it was "against the law". Strange to say that he eventually pulled-over and attempted to fix it after I made a comment that "I paid this company over $1,000 for their quick service. 2 Limos for 2 hours and 2 limos for 1 hour. I contact the Limousine company today, Monday morning, to express my concerns and I provided them with detailed information regarding my complaints. I informed them that I have photos to back-up my complaints and they said it was fine. I also asked if in good faith the company would reimburse some funds or provide me some sort of discount for this horrible experience and Karen said she does not know and will get back to me. Hopefully I would get a happy ending to this unfortunate experience. My final thoughts after I receive confirmation from the company on whether or not they will do the right thing. Stay tuned... Received a call from Karen; and stated that the company is in fact giving me a $200.00 credit. These are my final thoughts. A lot of the big companies utilize sub contractors and there are times that they are not aware of what these "sub contractors" will show up with. I want to say that it was probably not their fault but we as consumers need to express our concerns so that they can enforce stricter policies when dealing with subcontractors. If they do not know of an issue, how can you expect them to rectify it? I did my due diligence and I'm sure going forward they will ensure that their sub contractor's fleet will meet their standards and represent them in a way they wish to be represented. So I started researching cars/limo and called America's, spoke to Nora initially told her how many ladies and 3 of the ladies are older so needed easy in and out of car and because leg problems etc... and also centralized pick up (Willowbrook Mall) she had Gary call me back and I thought I misunderstood when he quoted price the all inclusive price. We called them at 6 PM on Saturday night of Super Bowl weekend looking for a limo to take us to New York City, they were there in one hour flat with a stretch limo at a very reasonable price. Our driver's name was Gary and he could not have been nicer and more attentive. We hopped around in the city over the five hours. He brought us everywhere we wanted to go, and was waiting right outside as soon as we came out. He was there all along the way to help all of our family members get in and out of the vehicle. A real pleasure to spend the night with Gary as our driver. Absolutely Americas Worst Limo. The cars are junk, we reserved a Rolls Royce and a Navigator limo and on our wedding day they showed up with a beat up old Escalade that was dirty and rusting on the outside and the interior had rips and tears, missing hardware, a leaking sunroof, peeling window tint and a sagging headliner. I was totally embarrassed that this is what I had to offer to my wedding party. The Rolls Royce never showed up and they sent us a car that looked like a cross between a Pimp Mobile and the Batmobile. Totally tacky and what made it worse it had an exhaust leak that leaked inside the car which gave us both headaches by the time we reached our reception. The AC and windshield wipers didn't work either. We were never notified about the vehicle change until the cars were in our driveway and it was time to go. I called to complain and they only offered $100 a $1250 bill and when I told them that was unacceptable they hung up on me.
