Our experience with Accurate Shuttle on our wedding day was unfortunately quite disappointing. Despite clear communication regarding the designated drop-off area for our guests, the shuttle dropped them off at the wrong location, causing unnecessary inconvenience. As we were having a baraat, it was crucial that guests were dropped off at a specific area. Despite sending detailed emails and having both our wedding planner and venue coordinator reach out to confirm the specifics, the shuttle still failed to adhere to our instructions. Guests were left to walk an additional five minutes to reach the designated area, which was not only inconvenient but also frustrating for everyone involved. This oversight was particularly disappointing given the amount of money we had invested in the shuttle service for our wedding day. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Accurate Shuttle. Despite our efforts to communicate and ensure a smooth experience, they fell short of our expectations. Alfred and his team were wonderful to work with. We used them for shuttles during our wedding to transport guests between Weehawken and Manhattan - despite rain and detours they were timely and efficient! The buses were very comfortable, and in the lead up to our event Alfred was very communicative, flexible, and transparent with pricing. He was available via phone call and email to help me figure out how the schedules, and the best approach to reserving buses while we were still collecting RSVPs. We also ending up adding a smaller van to transport immediate family for multiple photo stops in the city. The driver was patient and helpful as we tried to dodge the rain.
