Wish I could rate this company a zero. They installed one of their event tents for an event we were having. It was installed poorly and blew away. We had no tent for the event and they refused to refund the money paid for the tent. The ceo touted how they've been in business for over 30 years yet she refused to take or accept any responsibility for the event being ruined. Best advice is to call anybody else. read more

HORRIBLE place to rent from. We rented 140 chairs, 7 tables, and a dance floor for my sisters wedding. This was by far the worst experience we have EVER experienced. The chairs were so bad most of them were falling apart, the cushions weren't even attached to must chairs. We ordered white chairs and got what they said (old rustic chairs) but what we really got was yellow chairs painted partly white. These chairs belonged in the dump. The chairs were so unsafe when we called they said they couldn't do anything about it and didn't try to fix the problem. We ended up calling around to different rental companies to find chairs the day before the wedding. The tables weren't any better. The tables were so uneven and felt splinters if you touched them. Good thing we covered the tables. The customer service is the worst, no communication. Don't ever rent from this place. I would give this company zero stars if i could. read more

They are my go to place for event tents. Another setup tomorrow for this weekend dinner theatre at the brewery with the Mansion Players. Then again for the St Patrick's Day Balloon Weekend for 200 pilots and crew registration. Just finished sold out Valentines Day Sweetheart dinner at the brewery. AA Events provided the linens for that event too. read more

This past weekend we rented 200 chairs from this vendor for our daughter's wedding. This company was extremely difficult to deal with, slow to respond to emails, and very uncooperative when problems arose. When my daughter went to make the final payment they discovered they had double booked our day and we're very unapologetic and actually rude about the whole situation. The chairs were Late to be delivered and late to be picked up. I would not recommend this company for any special events. read more

This place put in my email address with .ADE instead of .EDU and then blamed me when they couldn't contact me about missing items. Even though I never saw a contract, they charged my card over $100 for items that were never confirmed missing by any one but them. What kind of person thinks .ADE is a valid email address?? Even so, if they tried to email that address any message would have been sent back "undeliverable"--how did they not notice that? So, I never saw a contract, was never notified of missing items and was just charged extra. This is unlawful. This company needs to train their employees in basic standards of electronic communication. Furthermore, they were unwilling to issue a refund and were very unprofessional in their (not) addressing this issue. Go elsewhere! read more

I highly recommend this rental company. We have had to cancel our daughters wedding twice do to covid-19. It has been so frustrating, but they treated me like family, very understanding. Worked with me to get me a deposit back. Communication was excellent. I want to thank Michelle and her team for all your support during this time. It made me realize just how much our businesses are hurting here in Albuquerque, but are encouraging each other at the same time. Called and placed an order for a dance floor for my WEDDING. Paid, took the money out and I never received a confirmation email. Called back twice to ask for a confirmation email (I kept a binder with everything we rented) and still never received an email. Okay whatever. Day of the wedding, 1 hour before the reception, I get a call from my day of coordinator confirming we rented a dance floor. I said yes. She said it was never delivered. My mother-in-law called AA Tents and they said we never booked/rented a dance floor. ???? Asks for the confirmation number (in email) and we explained that I tried calling twice for an email and they never sent me one but told them I have the charge on my credit card. Finally after 30 minutes of arguing with them, we tell them we will call after the wedding a get a refund. 10 minutes after that, a worker calls and says they found our order but it was do the wrong date (they had it scheduled 20 days earlier than my actual wedding date)??!!!?! Do not trust them with your important events, especially your wedding!! read more

One day they tell us the items we need are available and that they can be delivered on a Sunday for a fee, the next day they say they don't do Sunday deliveries and have nothing in stock; plus,, they were rude about the fact that we seemed confused by their total 180!!! Additionally, they claim to be open weekdays until 5 yet, four different attempts to reach sales on a Thursday between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.went unanswered, with no voicemail. The customer service here is terrible, I rented 2 chair covers for diner en blanc for $5 each per day. The girl told me to return gen the next day before 5 to avoid a second day charge. I ended up forgetting all about them and was able to go back and return the items on Tuesday AT 3:45. I knew I was late and it was my fault so I had no problem paying for for the extra days of Friday and Monday. The older redhead woman told me o was going to be charged for Wednesday as well as it was end of day, I told her that I was told it would not charge as long as it was before 5. She got an attitude immediately with me and aggressively asks me "WHO TOLD YOU THAT", I explained that it was the younger blonde girl (who was actually very nice) and she started to argue with me. Now obviously I'm not going to sit there and argue over $10, I have better gongs to do with my time but any person who does successful business would have not thought twice about overriding that petty charge in order to provide a great customer experience, it was not the $10 that bothered me, it was her attitude and approach that was so appalling. I rent from them every 4th of July and Thanksgiving but I will never go back there. Hope they enjoy that $10, I won't miss it and I won't miss them. read more

I am a wedding planner in Albuquerque and had a very large wedding Saturday 10/20/18 at the Rail Yards...I admit I was a bit nervous that everything would get done on time but AA Events and Tents did all the draping, lighting, tables, chairs, linens and it was perfect!! I highly recommend them. They recently changed personnel and now have an onsite wedding coordinator and décor specialist!! Why go anywhere else. read more

I recently used them for a party and was very disappointed. The tables we rented were very old and disgusting. Several of them were slanting, one of them had to be wired on the bottom so it would not fall. I called and spoke to Brian and Kelly and they were not helpful at all! Horrible customer service! For the price we paid, the quality was not up to par. I would have been better of buying my own tables at Costco! read more

The worst company ever. Customer service is done with an attitude. We ordered a certain color of umbrellas but on delivery day they said "we don't have those anymore-you'll have to use white". We were told they would set up the tables for us but instead were put on the lawn and said "we don't set them up". As you can see on these reviews they could care less about their customers. I throw a lot of parties and have many friends who have a lot of parties-I will make sure I nor them EVER use AA Events and Tents again. read more

AA Events and Tents had me pay $57.95 for 2 tablecloths that I had rented for $11.00 a piece saying that they had glue or gum on them that did not come out after 3 washes. I would be more than willing to pay for an $11.00 table cloth that has already been used probably 500 times, but to ask for replacement value, I felt, was over kill. An employee had already charged the wrong account and they wouldn't help me with that, customer service is not friendly or sincere at all. Mr. Garcia would be ashamed of you. You have the rental market cornered so I guess you don't care how the customer is treated. If you choose to use AA Events and Tents don't expect to enjoy your special event, because you will be too busy babysitting their merchandise! read more
