A short time before we booked the event there had been several young couples who had been scammed. I wanted a company that had a trustworthy and reliable reputation. So fast forward to college graduation, establishing new careers out of state and we were heading towards the finish line. The couple-to-be corresponded with Chris to get the nitty gritty. Just short weeks before the wedding I joined my daughter with a one on one to make the final details. What songs for the special moments, times, sequence of events, photo booth, toasts, prayers, entrance, exit, dinner, sorority traditions, military moments father daughter , mother son, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss special lighting. I'm sure there was more! D'day! We put our trust in the CutMaster staff. He had worked with the venue so I knew he was familiar with the best set up to enhance our experience. Chris was without a doubt the man to make everyone feel at ease. His easygoing personality and light hearted sense of humor made for a fun and relaxing evening for the bride and groom. He was able to relate to all our family and friends with a variety of music. Chris had special moment that he orchestrated throughout the evening. Chris interacted with the guest with out stealing the show from the bride and groom. If you need a MC and conductor to your event Chris is your man. The lighting during the event was beautifully done without making you feel like you're at a disco. He made sure his light worked with the photographers and videoagraphers to en chance their shots. He also made sure the recordings were captured to have a clear sound for the videos. The staff worked so well with other vendors making sure everyone stayed on schedule. Loved that they are a married couple, their story, and the beautiful work they had posted. All my correspondence with Desiree before the big day left me at ease, and excited! Friday (day before the wedding) we went out for our Connection casual pictures, and had a blast. Was a perfect time to get used to cameras, and get to know Desiree & Seth. The next morning I get a text from sweet Desiree, and she sent us a surprise sampling of our pictures! While I was already excited for our pictures, this has left me thrilled to see all the other things they have done!! On the big day Desiree stayed with me, and Seth with my husband for pictures - nice arrangement! Desiree was a total professional - respectful of my family, and would laugh and participate in jokes. We then went and walked around town in our wedding garb for pictures. Again - such fun! They had also saved some spots for pictures just for the big day. They traveled from New Mexico to Southern California to shoot our wedding and made it very well worth it. It has been over a year since we got married and I still go through photos and our video in complete awe. They captured everything, and tell a beautiful story through their photos. On the day of our wedding, anything that went wrong or needed fixing, they were right there to make things stressfree... from hair pins to sewing kits, Desiree had it all in hand, while she and Seth still captured every moment and detail. We did not feel rushed, she helped with position and outfits. Her time frame of receiving the photos was about a week, which was really fast for all the photos we took. We received an email with clear instructions on how to gain access to your photos online. The website is very user friendly and you can easily place orders for prints and other fun accessories. For a lesbian married couple we felt very safe. Annie didn't make either of us feel like one was more masculine or the feminine one. We took many photos with different positions. Finally, the setup team comprised of Stephanie and Darrell were right on time. They setup all the food in a thoughtful manner, made it look fantastic. I had a pickup catering order scheduled for 5pm. When we arrived to pick it up at 4:55pm, we were…read moretold it would be ready in "just a few minutes". After a 25 minute wait and reassurance that it was "almost done" multiple times, our food was finally brought out. I checked the bags before walking to my car, and good thing I did because two of the pans of food were missing. It wasn't until 5:25pm that they brought out the last two pans to complete our order. When we got home, there were many mistakes with the order. The sausages we ordered were not there, and we incorrectly received a bolognese pasta dish instead. The chicken scallopini was plain, and did not have the lemon caper butter sauce, feta, or tomatoes as said in the description. Each tray of chicken and steak was supposed to serve 10, but there was only enough meat for 8 people. As for the food itself: we enjoyed the bistecca Italiano, polenta, Caesar salad, and pork bolognese pasta (though it was given in error). The alfredo pasta had good flavor but could have used more sauce. The asparagus was ok, but not very flavorful and the ends were woody. As mentioned above, the chicken was bland and missing the sauce. All in all, this experience was far below the standards that I expected from M'tuccis. I would say that this was a misuse of my time and money
