Ron the owner took time ON SATURDAY and came here WITH THE PART HOT OFF UPS delivery and spent maybe 1 1/2 to 2hrs. installing the part, recharging the R22 (that was seriously low) then rechecked everything making SURE it was ALL GOOD. I can't believe how "spoiled" we've become...I grew up in Muskegon,MI...picked blueberries, A/C? I never knew what that was, my husband grew up in Lubbock! I asked them to come fix it since they did it wrong (didn't cap it) and help address the issue it caused before I got water damage. Not only did they refuse the office woman said I got a refund of the work done. They charged me like $260 for that and that was a lie. They didn't refund anything. Don't trust them. They'll do it wrong, refuse to fix, and then lie to you.
