Monday, he called and asked me about paying a little more, and he would drive to Oklahoma to get a unit faster. I agreed, he drove to OK and got it, and installed the next day. I asked them to come fix it since they did it wrong (didn't cap it) and help address the issue it caused before I got water damage. Not only did they refuse the office woman said I got a refund of the work done. They charged me like $260 for that and that was a lie. They didn't refund anything. Don't trust them. They'll do it wrong, refuse to fix, and then lie to you.
