My grandmother (70+) years of age trusted them to install a new unit for her manufactured home. The crew installed the incorrect system that was made for a much smaller home and not able to perform at her homes square footage. As this awful heat came In and she quickly realized the issue Antoine gave her the run around. He told her it's her insulation or he was in the hospital or his crew wasn't ready. Once he finally realized she wasn't going to give up he said he ordered a new unit for her to install free of cost due to the mistake. That was two weeks ago and is forwarding all calls. For the rest of our community I will be going to the better business bureau to make a formal complaint so they can be correctly audited to ensure they are a credible business.
