I've filled it up and requested for EFT but they mailed the check instead which would take 3 weeks to get to me. I'm very disappointed on their communication process or method. But if you do go to the doctor often then this is the worst insurance coverage you can get! First thing when going to any hospital that they state you can go to for coverage and when you give them your medical identification card and the hospital states they never heard of this insurance or coverage there is a reason, simply because for what you pay they don't cover anything, oh I'm sorry I stand corrected they cover some cost like pennies. I know healthcare is screwed up rite now but seriously it is like they cover maybe less then 20% of your medical bill literally, standard check up just to go in is $50 & I understand yeah that is a little high when some offer $5, $10, $15, $25, but when paying the copay usually the other portion is covered, not here, you pay $50 and then you pay for what ever it is you went in for, labs, physical check up, prenatal vitamins, pregnancy check ups, everything comes out of your pocket, oh oh sorry they will cover if you spend the night at the hospital but only up to $1500 depending on the issue. So let's see what they pay for then...hmmm seemed like nothing, if there is medication you need guess how much they cover nothing oh wait wait yeah nothing.. so if an ointment is $9 and insurance covers .0000012 or less you still pay $9 When you call any of the reps there all seem like they don't want to talk to you nor care about your situation. That's the best part about having an independent agent, because he works with so many companies. Last year, he suggested I switch to Progressive, which was going to be a bit cheaper, so I did. He also specializes in motorcycle/scooter insurance, and everyone I know with one of those uses him. He's a really nice guy, to boot, and I'll often stop by and just hang out for a little bit and we laugh at LOLcats and stupid jokes. It's like the Lakewood version of Floyd's Barbershop from "The Andy Griffith Show," but he's not creepy like Floyd. He'll let you bring your dog in to visit, too!

After a couple of years my homeowners came up and he couldn't save me as much because he advised me to get more coverage than I previously had... which was kind of a bitter pill. BUT when the hail storm hit I was very lucky to have such a good policy. They had my property assessed before any of my neighbors and I had ample money with a minimal deductible for a new roof, windows, paint, carport along with miscellaneous damaged items. You can go online and get a price, but being able to walk into someones' office and get advice is worth a lot in my book.
