He went as far as to say he was waiting to see if we had any questions on the day of close and we just got the paperwork and hadn't had anyone review it after it was wrong ( trying to charge is another $1800 in buy down fees ). It had not been in any prior paperwork. To top it off the closing fees and paperwork was totally different than disclosed earlier and no one had reached out to review or let us know there was changes. Again some of it was incorrect and had to be changed the day of close.
