The service is horrible, the people are not customer oriented, and they treat people that come to contract with them as criminals. We spoke with Marie and Lori before paying for the bond and neither parties explained anything about subcontracting the bond out because they had no direct authority in Dekalb County. Instead they asserted that they did have the ability to bond for Dekalb County and verbally assured while we were in the office that the bond would have been submitted. They lied about processing this bond numerous times. In truth they charged us a higher fee to subcontract the process to another bonding company. When we inquired about the process, we were directed to call the subcontractor directly. When the subcontractor stated that they didn't have any record of this, we were once again directed by this company to give the sub contractor up to 6 hours for the owners to come into the office sign the bonds and process them with Dekalb county. It is now 10 hours after initially contracting with this company and no is the wiser (they nor the subcontracted bond company) as to the whereabouts of this bond's paperwork or process.
