What was a little confusing: 1. Many, many names. They operate under different names in different areas of the Metroplex. This Yelp page is one name, they answer the phone in another, their web site is a third. But, they are all the same organization. Not sure why the different names exist. It worried me at first. 2. My case agent was certainly very knowledgeable, but we had a couple of miscued communications that were the only rough spots in the whole exchange. I will accept part of the blame since I was under stress and had never done any of this before. I hope my conversations with her will help her see how important patience and rephrasing things might come in handy in the future with other clients.
