When I called, they always answered by the second ring. 2. Nifty technology. Their SimplyBail web site made every step of the process clear, easy to fulfill, and trackable with status updates. 3. They do what they promise. From beginning to end, they always explained what they would do then they actually did those things. No bait and switch. Just good to their word. What was a little confusing: 1. Many, many names. They operate under different names in different areas of the Metroplex. This Yelp page is one name, they answer the phone in another, their web site is a third. But, they are all the same organization. Not sure why the different names exist. It worried me at first. 2. My case agent was certainly very knowledgeable, but we had a couple of miscued communications that were the only rough spots in the whole exchange. I will accept part of the blame since I was under stress and had never done any of this before. I hope my conversations with her will help her see how important patience and rephrasing things might come in handy in the future with other clients. But, she did do what was needed and for that, I am thankful!

I received a call from him on the third day and he informed me he was in jail and needed to be bonded out. Television show you post bail and you're out. This is not true. After a full day and night of trying to get Fulton County Sheriff office on the telephone I was advised I needed to work with a bail bonds company and gave me a web site which I found 19 bail bonds companies. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING. BECAUSE I LIVE IN ILLINOIS THE FEW COMPANIES ON THE LIST THAT BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE PHONE (I don't do viocemail) refused to help me because ILLINOIS doesn't recognize bail bonds practice. My grandson's uncle lives in Indiana he spoke with several companies on the list and was advised he would need debit card plus more information than you would need if you were financing a house. FOUR NIGHTS IN JAIL and I haven't slept since I found out he was in there. Saturday morning 8 am I started on list again feeling hopeless. At 11:32 am I still started from the top of the list which was previously assigned to my daughter. 1st CHOICE BAIL BONDS COMPANY Raina answered 1st ring. I explained the situation and we worked through it from 11:32 am until 5:30 pm because I am included the text she sent me asking for me grandson's cell phone number. She didn't promise me that he would be out Saturday night but said if everything goes smoothly he should be released by noon Sunday. My cellphone rung at 9:20 pm with caller ID "Lil Mark" my 6 foot 4 grandson. He informed me he had been released and was on his way home.
