I was told repeatedly that I would get priority because I had already started work with my insurance. However, the contractor Stephen has been non-responsive and kept telling me he had another guy working on it. I understand they are overloaded, but I never even had a chance to get on the schedule. I guess our repair job wasn't big enough for them. Very poor customer service since the initial consultation and I have now moved on. I wouldn't recommend based on their lack of communication and willingness to help. ***UPDATE The owner reached out to me, apologized and was willing to make it right. I had another company already on-call when they reached out initially. Bottom line is that they did what they could to solve the issue and that doesn't always happen. I'd give them another chance had I not already had someone on top of the job.

I am selling my house and the inspector noted 6-7 items that were done wrong on the roof and need to be corrected. I contacted Anderson Restoration and have made ~6 calls to them and still can't get them to give me an answer on their warranty (they evidently did not file the warranty registration with GAF as they were required too). It has been 2 weeks and I am now forced to use someone else to fix the issue. Would NOT recommend using Anderson Restoration.

James worked with us and our insurance company and fought for us for 11 months to finally get insurance to pay for the new roof that was required. Throughout the long process we were kept informed of the progress and issues that were found with our insurance appraiser. They never gave up and were successful. We're finally have our new roof and our extremely satisfied with the workmanship as well as the employees that came and spent all day installing our new roof. I also contacted another well rated roofing company. Cypress Custom was very responsive. We discussed the damage verbally over the phone and they were able to help me understand ballpark cost. Two days later, they were at my door ready to inspect and get to work. They had actually driven by my house the day before so they could arrive prepared with the correct color replacement shingles. Two hours later, my roof was fixed and for a very fair price. Looks great. The other roofing company did get back to me too...it would 4-6 weeks before they could inspect and provide an estimate.
