This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. Jose and Yulisa were quick to respond, show up, give an estimate and once I signed off the estimate, the repair was completed on the first sunny day. Jose said 8:00 and they arrived just before 8:00 to start work. Jose kept me informed through the repair process, the work was done exactly as stated and after their cleanup, you'd never know they were had been there. This is a competent team and I'll be calling them for annual roof inspections.

I live in the Minneapolis, MN area and told them I had already had my roof done and that I was not interested in it. The salesperson persisted and would not listen to me. Once I confirmed the company name, he said "yes, that's right", then I let him know I was on the do not call list and not interested. He got even more disrespectful and tried to act like I was the unreasonable one. While it is possible that this company is not directly the manager of this salesperson (they may have outsourced it) they do need to better vet their salespeople even if it isn't their own employee regardless. I even went to report the phone number to the FTC and get this, the phone number isn't even registered! That sales guy is using an unregistered phone number... I really EOT sees this and takes this more seriously. I am getting like 12 calls a week still after my roof was done last Fall from an August 11th storm. Again, I am on the Do Not Call list and try to tell every sales person I am not interested right away. They need to train their people better and better vet their people or how they get appointments.

We are filing in court to get our money back that he stole. Don't do business with Robert Kosack, Hope Star LLC or Heritage Construction. He is a crook, does a lousy job and steals from you.

The roof had come with a 5 year workmanship warranty. I could not get a hold of Countryside Roofing and I had an independent roofer try to nail it back down although he couldn't. He took pictures for me and the flashing installed by Countryside Roofing was not sealed and was leaking water and the sheathing underneath the singles was too soft for nails to stick which indicates it is probably rotted. I called and finally got a hold of Eric of Countryside Roofing and he had me text him the pictures and told me someone would look at it. Did not hear from him until I called back in August. He told me someone again would look at it. No one came. I have called and called and left message after message with no response. It has been months with no contact from Countryside Roofing. Seems to be another fly by night roofing company that does not honor their warranty.

Following a hailstorm and after the insurance company had sent out an inspector and we had obtained one quote, we decided to get another quote. We called Chuck, and after he inspected the roof, he came to us and said that a new roof was not needed. He provided a detailed explanation, showing us many pictures. I called the insurance company and informed them that Chuck with All American Roofing stated we did not need to replace the roof. The insurance company guy said that in all his years, he had never had a contractor say that a roof did not need to be replaced after an inspector had deemed it necessary. The claim was canceled, and money was saved for both us and the insurance company because of Chuck's honesty. We will keep his contact information and refer him to others in the future.
