I stopped in just to ask a question regarding repair/warranty policy. Corey (store manager) offered to take a look at my suitcase. When I returned with the it she quickly found a problem and without question offered to replace my suitcase. Within 5 minutes I was happily leaving the store with a brand new suitcase. I travel 45 weeks a year and have Samsonite suitcases with excess of 500K air miles on them. I have been very pleased with all my Samsonite products and now having had my first problem with a piece of luggage that probably gets more wear and tear in a month than the average piece gets in a lifetime am more than satisfied with their customer service and warranty policy.

The couple that works on leather in the back prides themselves on being leather experts however a few leather projects that they actually charged me a lot have been mediocre at best. you can see that some leather was cut like a two years old did it and the stitching in some places was crooked its like they were in a rush of doing it. Also an older gentleman (not sure i think he is the original owner) is not very nice and couple of times he barked that something not worth fixing or he made remarks that he will not use a certain zipper (later it was perfectly done by another person) So at first this shop was ok but it went downhill with other projects. Like the very last order was horrible and when i came to pick it up i asked for a different zipper pull (which they promised in the first place) and the guy who works in the back with no patience acted so mad that he almost threw the leather piece on the counter. They also when they first tell you about your order and make you pay upfront but then a few other times they switched the details and never called doubt it. For example one luggage piece we talked about a certain leather color for the handle but when i came to pick it up it was a different leather (it was close to the one i picked and i didn't say anything) but they did not even bother to call me to inform about it. Unless it is a warranty project i would avoid this place at all costs. I actually found another company with much nicer people.

The store clerk gave us all a demonstration/ inservice of several luggage pieces that we all were looking to buy . I bought two bags for my upcoming trip. The store clerk was very knowledgeable and kind and asked me great questions as well, about my upcoming trip . The sweet part is I got 25% off and saved 96.25 ! I will return, because now I need a carryon to go with my luggage set.

The owner, Jeff, is very caring and wants to improve your ability to be more comfortable in whatever shoes you wear. He was not pushy in SELLING a pair or shoes to fix my issue, but rather provided options. In the end, he found one leg to be shorter than the other, hand crafted inserts to meet the needs of both feet, and improve my gait! How awesome is that! And what is even more awesome is he provided additional inserts so that i could use my other sneakers and even sandals and did not have to purchase another pair of shoes!!! So, in the short of it, in the future, my first stop for shoe or leather repair or purchase of a new pair of shoes (they have all styles), will be The Shoe Lab!
