They gave me pricing on the parts that I needed but when I got there, they had a problem locating the parts. I waited around for a good 15 minutes. When they found the vehicle, some of the parts I wanted had already been picked off of it. Some of the pricing was on par with dealer pricing, so there's that. Not great. read more

No issues getting a replacement mirror for my 2011 Lincoln MKZ. Someone clipped my car when I was parked in downtown Austin a couple of weeks ago, and nobody local had the mirror. I could have had it shipped from elsewhere, but I was planning a trip to Dallas anyway, so I was able to get Kenny from AAA Auto Recyclers to confirm they had the part and that it was in good condition. Drove straight there the next day and within a few minutes, they had the part in my hands for a great price. Haven't thrown it on the car, yet, but I have no doubt it'll work fine. Check-out could have been a bit smoother considering I called in advance, but hey, it's an car parts place in the middle of nowhere, I can't expect much more. read more

I was looking for a replacement hood for my GMC Sierra, and had bought a hood from them, the hood fit-met was off so I decided to do an exchange and they exchanged it for a more expensive hood they had, for no extra cost to me, just have the receipt ready! Nothing but amazing things to say about this company, after an extremely poor experience with AAA Crain's Salvage out of Fort Worth, who lied about pricing...drove out there just to be told a price that was $40 than previously quoted. I had called Rene at AAA Auto Recyclers and he quoted both headlights for my car over the phone, not only did he remember me by name when I walked in, he remembered the pricing and ended up discounting it more. AND they pull the parts for you, I walked in ready, tools in bag, ready to work, only to be surprised they do the work for you. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! read more

This place isn't a pick-a-part but it gets the job done. They give good prices on the parts that sale which is good. The complaint I have is the way they do the wait to go out inspect what your looking for. I sat for about 1 1/2 -2 hours just to be taken to see if they had what I was looking for. Then I left for lunch since I was told it would be about another 2 hours to pull the part. They guy in the yard that helped me was really nice and did a good job pulling the whole dash piece I needed. I would use this place again but they won't pull something until you pay so plan your day around that. read more

Stopped in for the first time. They have a huge yard of junk cars. But was not able to get the part I needed because they stack cars on top of each other. I needed a sun visor and because of the way their machine picks up cars the windshield gets smashed and the visors and other interior parts get destroyed in the process. read more
