Lack of professionalism & very inconsiderate of customer's vehicles (I have oil stains on my headliner AND DOOR PANEL??!) also, I have been having consistent issues with my tires/lugs every since they worked on it and I'm not even sure if they actually did all the work they were supposed to... The prices are reasonable though, but not worth the money if you have a luxury vehicle, just go to the dealership. read more

0STARS! I dropped my car off to these people on Tuesday Jul 2. Confirmed it was under the right account only for 2-3 days to go by and not be contacted. They basically begin gaslighting me and stating they called me.Never called the numbers listed on the account. They even had my number from me calling several times over the time they had my car. Even my grandma stated they never called her with her account being primary. I only got a call after I called and asked how much it would cost me. I called the morning of asking why I hadnt been contacted, get up there now I have an attitude , he said I couldn't pay with my card any more. Not to mention the day prior at 3:43pm I called asking if it was ready and I told it would be ready in a hour and the would called me. they need did. I couldn't pay with a card because he was afraid I would reverse the payment which wasn't on my mind. Which goes to show he knows they do shitty work and it isn't his first time. The owner Jose took it upon himself to get my keys and drive off with them. The police was then called all because he was upset that I was upset about the service I received. I'd like to add I had to be sure to take pictures of my vehicle before drop off because the previous time I dropped my car it had been rummaged through! read more

I had a major problem in the steering mechanism and these guys identified the problem; stabilizers, CV drive and the like. When the wrong parts were delivered (twice), they insisted on the correct sizes, when they could have used alternative methods to make the it work. J.E. and his team work diligently to complete repairs in one day and offer fair prices for their labor. I appreciate their service. read more

I would recommend this place to anyone! They always keep me updated on what's going on and they got my car out of there fast. I had previously taken my car to a different place but I kept having to go back because my check engine light would keep coming back on but this place got it done in no time and I haven't had any trouble with my car since. The owner is very nice and always kept me in the loop of what exactly was being done to my car and all the costs before they did anything. Car trouble is always frustrating for me especially but it's nice to know that there are still sincere places out there that will do a good job without charging ridiculous prices read more

My mom took her 2002 Lexus Rx300 to this shop it is around the corner from her house. They were supposed to replace or repair her transmission. Well about 6 months later she gets her car back! They didn't know what they were doing, calls were made several times, lack of communication and unskilled workers are here. The car had to go BACK for a different issue and this time kept for 2 months. The car was dirty and used this time! Extra 4 thousand miles were on the car and a sticky substance was also around the dash, wheel and floor mats! This is the worst experience my family has had when dealing w a non dealership mechanic. I would NOT recommend this place! They have poor service, don't communicate with you and take forever to do the job needed. Also, a part was needed that the mechanic was supposed to find but WE ended up finding it for cheaper and right on the internet! It's like they fish around to sell you parts and charge you labor for more and treat you very poorly. Never again will we take our vehicle to this place. I took my car for an alternator and a rattle i heard under the front end. They told me they seen something wrong with the lifters on my car, so i let them do the work. It took over a month for me to actually get my car back and the check engine light was on. It was not on when i gave it to them. My car started having problems that i didnt have before i gave it to them. All in all its been the worse experience with an auto repair shop I've ever had. Would not recommend them to anyone for anything. read more

took my car in to have the gas pump & filter replaced. i had my own brand new parts, they said it was defected. so i had to buy their parts, which costs twice as much and charged me labor again. after 3 times telling me my car was fine, it kept doing the same thing. my car stopped on me in the middle of the road 3 times, after he told me it was fixed. now my car has been there over a month. i convinced them to take it to the dealership because it was obvious they had no idea what was wrong, nor did they have the equipment to figure it out. they also said my check engine light was on, and it was never on, then said my plugs were misfiring. i let them do that, even though that is not what i came in for. they are bait in switch. i was in so deep, i could not just walk away. lesson learned go to the dealership first, pay the extra money for a piece of mind. if i had done that, it would have been cheaper in th long run, and i would have had my car back over 3weeks ago, or go to someone who comes highly recommended and you trust. these guys prey on what you dont know read more
