When I wanted to plan a trip to Universal I decided to go here after a friend used them to book their trip. They are very helpful in booking every aspect of your trip including lodging and food packages. If you want air fare that does cost extra though. I was surprised to learn that you don't even have to be a member of AAA to use their services. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who wants help planning a vacation package. read more

She responds immediately to phone and email messages, scheduled prompt meetings to reserve international group travel with AAA rep from another store, personally called the vendor to inquire on their insurance and make the reservation in my presence. As a first time solo international traveler with AAA but multi time international group with the vendor, I appreciate the personal face to face service she provides. Went in for a triptik and was helped by front desk attendant. They were very nice and asked if I needed maps. I said yes and went back to look. I needed assistance and a travel agent kindly helped. I think the AAA member should be given a choice on who they want to help them. read more

In preparation for a recent trip abroad, I turned to AAA to obtain foreign currency. This is a service AAA provides to its members without a fee (as long as a minimum dollar amount is ordered) AND, upon return they will buy all paper money back from me at the current exchange rate again without a fee. I have used this service many times - so much better than dealing with a bank! Brandi patiently worked with me to figure out what denominations I wanted to order which took a bit of calculating.
