One of them (Jesse) did some work for a friend and she referred them. I spoke to him and told him the sitch and he had someone over the same day, even moving some things around to come earlier and work around my work schedule. Unfortunately it was bad news and I needed my compressor replaced. I signed the estimate Monday, it is Friday night and my very hot house is finally less than 90°. I don't know what all they did to make it happen, but I at least know they drove to Beaumont and a very nice man named Tavo spent 3 hours dripping sweat on a Friday night to get me into cooler air (sorry my dog refused to be friends), leaving at 9:30 with two more jobs to do. The owner even went as far as to check and make sure it was still working and the air was cold an hour later. I cannot recommend this company enough, their communication, dedication, and outright friendliness was top tier. The experience I had with them was a great first experience to having something major go wrong in my first home. 10/10

My AC was making this rumbling noise that I have never heard before, they said that was normal and the noise was coming from outside. Before we know it, it's been a month... your promises have become wishes and you're overwhelmed with tasks, both work, and home. If you have found yourself at this stage, call Heather Spink! If you are on the path to the description above call Heather Spink. I invited this young dynamo to my house, and she gave me an honest assessment and told me what she believed she could do to make my life easier. Upon making the schedule I was aware of those that overpromise and underdeliver; this was not that! The "Spink team" arrived on time and got to work. Things that I didn't know needed routine cleaning were suddenly clean, items that I had misplaced (including cash and other valuables) found their way to end tables in plain view, and areas that had been believed to be relatively clean were presented to me with a brand new sheen. The scent of freshly clean was also very pleasant as well. If you need a fair price and attention to detail, do yourself a favor, schedule with Heather Spink, sit back, and watch the dust run for cover.
