If I could give these people a zero I would. Beware because Tanesha was blessed with the gift of gab but got out of line when it was time for brains. Robert is hustler and thinks that his loud voice makes him larger than life when in fact it just lets you know that its the only equipment he has in his tool box. Both are the definition of stupid "a lack of intelligence, wit, or quickness of mind. It can also refer to knowing or understanding something, but doing the wrong thing anyway" (Dictionary.com). My ignorance was the cause of my misfortune. Without going into much detail about my case, I was assigned a policy that I did not ask for however they have been collecting my premium based on the quote that I was given only to find out that I was paying for no-fault coverage. Now they can hide under the umbrella HB4520 Michigan law. So for those that have been wronged by these people please file a complaint with DIFS to protect the innocent. To file a claim from an accident is a nightmare. it's very difficult to talk to a person. Everything has to be done electronically. Every time I called she gave me incorrect information to the point where I hated talking to her when I called. The manager is not any better. There was an error on my statement and I called 3 times inquiring about it and now that Ms. Willis can FINALLY explain, in between her rudeness of smacking on whatever she was eating, because obviously someone had to tell her what the problem is, now I'm being difficult. I will NEVER go back to this office nor will I recommend anyone to this office. The only reason I chose AAA was because I already had roadside assistance. read more

I took my elderly friend in to ask questions about her insurance and pay a bill. The rudest person I have ever meant called us over. There are no chairs in front of her desk. As we walked over I asked if it was ok to pull a chair over. She could obviously see an elder waking slowly towards her and her response was. "That depends on why you're here!" It went downhill from there. She continued to be rude and chastise us with her rude comments. My friend who has AAA for her home, and cars is now going to cancel with them and use my agent at Allstate! The woman refused to give her name, obviously she knew her arrogance and lack of people skills just lost a life long customer. read more

AAA has terrible service and customer service. I just had to wait 3 hours on the side of the road for tow. Then I called to report this to supervisor and all he said is "yeah that is along time to be stranded". He showed "NO" empathy or concern about the service I just received. I guess AAA doesn't care about their customers or there safety! read more

I tried to renew my AAA membership here, and, simultaneously move the administration of the membership from FL to MI. This was, surprisingly, a Herculean task for the staff at this office. After consulting with six of her colleagues, and a 25-minute wait, the staff member helping me was still perplexed as to how to make this happen. I know this cannot be an unusual situation at AAA, because millions of people move somewhere in the U.S. every year, so I was baffled as to why this was so difficult. But, apparently it was. I left, with no results, and a promise from the office that they would call me later when they got it figured out. Several hours later, they did call me, and state that they had cracked the code on this problem, and took my credit card information, and promised me that my new Michigan AAA card would be in the mail to me shortly. So, good result, albeit delayed, but, really, you have to wonder, what does this say about the competence of the staff here? read more

Stay away if you are 90+. Due to a hospitalization we had to relocate my mom to Connecticut. Her car was sitting in our driveway. I called AAA to ensure my family could drive to keep it operational. AAA checked with underwriting increasing the rate from $112 per month to $420. This while I was challenged with caring for my mom. I called my insurer, GEICO, it was like going to grandma's house - they charged $10/month. My parents were AAA MEMBERS SINCE 1967. read more
