He personally knows the owner, Frank Ferrantello, and also had a long relationship with Frank's dad. We had our property staked out several months ago. More recently a discrepancy ensued between our survey and the so-called "survey" obtained by the adjacent property. We learned earned the hard way that there are a lot of really shoddy surveyor companies around. It's shocking, we know, but true. They promise you a real "deal" if you use them, but then you just end up paying way more later because while they may give you your "survey" they don't back up their survey with actual reference points and then when your property is in jeopardy of being encroached upon they don't answer the phone and can't be reached. If the price looks suspiciously good...there's probably a good reason for that. You get what you pay for. We felt very vulnerable when this happened to us and Farrentello Group surveyors were THERE for us. They were professional and HONEST and very very knowledgeable. It's a family business and they are in this business for years. Frank is a real human being; a mentch :) I told him that recently and his response was that his name is on the line. Literally. We don't normally post on social media but we feel there is widespread injustice being done to unsuspecting consumers and at the end of the day we will sleep better knowing we at least tried to get the word out. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. Protect your land as it deserves to be.

There was a complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and low-quality service throughout the entire process. Emails often went unanswered, and calls were not returned in a timely or professional manner. We planned to sell our home through her; however, there were numerous mistakes, poor decisions, and unprofessional actions on her side throughout the process. The information provided to us was frequently inaccurate, outdated, or poorly communicated, which ultimately led us to terminate the contract and move forward separately. When we decided to end the agreement, we were unexpectedly sent a bill demanding payment for photographs and brochures that we never specifically requested. This situation felt very unprofessional and disappointing. This realtor was recommended to us by someone we had trusted and worked with for many years, which made the experience even more upsetting.
