He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity.
