New ownership is horrible. The UPS store has always been my go to for printing services ( if I ever needed certain documents printed). They would charge around 25 cents per page even if I had to send the document to their email to print. NOW under new ownership they charge you $3 to have 1 page printed just because it was sent to their email, is that a fee for inconvenience? That is ridiculous paying $3 to have 1 page printed all because the document was sent to their store email and then printed rather then physical document being brought in and making a copy. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I was told by an employee that everyone has the same employee number and that everyone name is Connor. He even called UPS support and was caught in a lie. Connor then said he was going to call the police for his insanity and safety. Who ever the owner of this facility should screen your applicants a little better or hire experienced people not kids that lie. ZERO STARS!!! This place is terrible. And Conner is the rudest, most unhelpful, incompetent & unprofessional person I have ever met in all of my encounters with the customer service industry. I bought 2 UPS Next Day Air labels via UPS's Simple Flat Rate shipping option. The packages are classed based on box volume with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. My two boxes were 19 pounds each. Well within limits. However, due to an error on UPS's label making system, when the labels print, it notes that the package is only 8 pounds. Anyways, I dropped my boxes off (which I paid $57.15 EACH) to get to Texas by tomorrow (Friday). Connor accepted the boxes, scanned them & gave me my receipt. 5 minutes later, as I am pulling into my driveway, he calls me & tells me that because the weight on the label does not match the weight of the box, he is refusing to give the packages to the UPS driver when he arrives. Since I have sent these packages successfully from this exact location multiple times, I am fully aware that there is nothing wrong with my box or my label & I asked him to, since he was now refusing my packages, which he initially accepted, if he would ask the UPS driver to wait just a minute so I could have enough time to run back to the store & hand the packages to the UPS driver myself since I know for a fact, they would be accepted, no problem or questions asked. When I got back to the store, I learned that he DID NOT ask the UPS driver to wait & because of his inability & flat out unwillingness to honor the terms of the UPS Simple Rate conditions, I now not only cannot get a refund on my labels (because in the UPS SYSTEM, they were scanned & are now categorized as "shipped") but I have to pay $266.18 PER BOX to get my packages to their destination on time. When I was on the phone in the UPS store talking to UPS customer service, he even threatened to call the police on me because I wasn't "speaking quietly enough". I have already started the process of filing a formal complaint against Conner & his franchise store with UPS corporate. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Last summer I rented a mailbox. I was told I would get a key in a few days, that in the mean time I could just ask for my mail. Six months later I decided not to renew - I never got a key. I did get the mail fairly quickly if the store wasn't busy, but failed to get it all a couple of times. Once the store was unexpectedly closed due to "too many Amazon returns." In the end I figured it was better to do an entire new round of address changes and risk losing some mail in the process than to put up with another quarter of this horrible service. read more

I was shocked to see yet another customer treated rudely by the two clerks in the UPS Store today. There is no reason to yell at a customer that needed help. I won't be back. I was in shipping a package today and a woman with an obvious medical condition came into the store without a mask. She stood by the door maintaining social distancing. The woman clerk told her she had to wear a mask. The woman replied, she didn't have one and that she had a medical condition and she couldn't wear a mask. This customer politely asked the woman clerk to take a box that had a label and the customer laid it on the counter. She also had something that had a QR code to scan and she politely asked the clerk if she could quickly scan it. Then the male clerk started yelling at the customer and then the woman clerk started yelling. I was shocked. Clearly this woman needed some assistance and they refused to wait on her. The two clerk in the UPS Store started yelling at her about the mask law. The customer politely said it was a guidance not a law and asked again for them to scan her QR code. The two clerks continued to yell at her, told her they WOULD NOT wait on her and the ordered her to get out of the store! They continued to yell, "Get out. Get out!" Regardless of someone's belief, that is no way to treat someone. The customer shrugged her shoulders and turned around a walked out. This is the same UPS Store that made us stand outside during lockdown in the freezing cold and allowed only 2 customers in at a time. The store can hold a lot more than that, even with 6 feet social distancing. During lockdown there were times they were just closed with no sign on the door. Customer service is in name only in the store. NO WAY to treat a human being. This isn't the first time I have seen clerks in the store rudely treat a customer. I will do my shipping at the other place in town. No more UPS store for me! Where did treating people with respect go? read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner as he identified himself is condescending and rude. He acts like he knows all and the customer is just too unintelligent to understand. Absolutely awful. No ability to communicate and seems to make threats to customers who are unhappy with his service on a semi regular basis. So unless you want to be disrespected and either threatened with the law or having police actually dispatched to deal with customer service issues I suggest just going to the USPS. I was in and out of UPS. Though when I came in 3 people were ahead of me but the two ladies were having fun talking to the customers and was really efficient in ensuring people were getting taken care of. I had to print a label so I had to go and print and drop off the USPS package. It was a little expensive to print 1 sheet for label $3 but hey when you need a printer to print and drop off the package you do what you have to do. read more

I rarely ever ever write any feedback; however Managment needs to address this concern. So I thought I'd try out local UPS store, from the moment of entering, the store representative was very rude. Did not get a "hello how may I help you" instead I got a blank yell, "over here" like what's that supposed to mean. Anyway I then proceeded to the sales representative with kindness; however she rushed me, and was very rude in her tone. She clearly does not belong in a customer service role. I had used this UPS store a couple times in the past and service was adequate. Used it again about a month ago, to send package fast to relative in North Carolina. Told employee at counter the circumstances and I wanted FASTEST shipping available. She said there were two options, each 2 Day shipping. One was less money so I selected that, confirming again it was 2 day. She confirmed it was 2 day. Needless to say, but I will, when I checked status 2 days later there was no status. I called and learned it was sent regular UPS ground! Spoke to manager, who had a non-chalant and flippant attitude. First he said he could get the package back and reship it 2 day. That failed, so it took a week. They offered NO reimbursement and wouldn't give one. Ridiculous. Never again going there...the error was somewhat excusable, the poor attitude of the manager is horrible. Go to the shop by Knob Hill instead! read more

Bottom line, if your going to hate your job then leave or stop verbally expressing your misery through announcing that your not happy, to the line of customers. I work from 7am-5:30 pm Monday through Friday and I'm a full time engineer student with classes Mon-Fri from 6:30-9:30 pm. I literally only had a half an hour out of my day to run an errand to the UPS store and that just so happened to be at 6pm. Connor Bray was explicitly unhappy about customers walking in at 6pm when the store didn't even close until 6:30pm. He mentioned how everyone just wants to get home to their families....He was very impatient with questions that I had about the delivery service I was inquiring about. I needed to have a signature upon delivery and wasn't sure if I was able to prioritize the certified mail. He vastly processed priority Mail for me and I had to stop him and repeat myself " but I need a signature , can I still do that with priority mail " he then opened the package with frustration while making sarcastic rude remarks. I tried to empathize with him and said" seems like everyone's short staffed these days " he emphasized on how everyone "hates life right now " . A customer he knows walked into the store and Connor went on about how eve to one hates life right now, but the customer didn't reciprocate. Connor said he's known that guy for a while but the guy doesn't get what he was trying to say. Two other customers were behind me in line and heard Connor say all of this. I ended up finalizing my order and left the store feeling sorry for Connor . Until I had an issue with my package delivery. I called the store four days later and needed assistance with understanding how long the delivery should take . The counter person who answered said " the managers not here he won't be in until later, like maybe 1,2 or 3 o'clock " so I gave her my name and number and never received a call back. I called the following day snd connor answered, misunderstanding my question, saying he's not the post office. I had to kindly repeat my question to him I clarified I'm not asking him to track anything, I'm asking if he could possibly verify if there will be a receipt sent to me once the package is signed for. He then went off rudely to explain how tracking works. I explained to him that I think it work better if he listens to what people are asking . I told him I left my number for him to call me yesterday and never received a call back. He didn't respond to this. He rudely said there's customers in line and he needs to get off the phone. I asked him if he can write my number down and actually call me back to answer the question I have. He said " did I answer your question ?" I had to repeat myself again. Again I asked if it's possible to look into the type of verification method we processed, I explained that this is my first time sending out certified mail so I'd appreciate it if he can take a moment to just explain the options. I had to ask him if he could write my number down please and call me back . Again he said customers are in line but he'll write my number gown and get back to me. I confirmed if this was something that he could look into on his end and he said yes...... hopefully I'll get aCall back . I think Connor needs a vacation or to learn how to cope with his job and stress better. It's not ok to take it out on customers or to even express his issues openly in the store at the counter. It's very obvious he has anger issues and or patience issues. read more

Another poor rating for customer service. Diane/DIana was not friendly at all. I dropped of papers for shredding...she took the box and set it on the counter and then helped someone else. I waited in the store to make sure the papers were put into the locked container (as they have been done in the past) and she got irritated and told me she was the only one with the combination and if I wanted to see them go in I would have to wait. I said no problem...then she had another employee take over for her and went and abruptly put the papers in the box. They package up your Amazon returns, they also print return tracking labels for anything you are returning, unlike Postal Graphics, they won't, and they want you to drop your stuff outside on curb, don't think so. The staff is always super helpful and friendly (especially the groovy gal with the cats!), and Connor is such a personable business owner. This is just one of the store I frequent in South County, and literally the only store where the owner takes the time to remember my name and say hello every time I walk in the door. Customer service here has been horrible recently. Hours are reduced so much so that they don't work for anyone who is working a normal job. Was 1 min late to drop off my package (all prepaid and labeled already) and they would not accept.
