They worked around my schedule, charged a reasonable rate, were completely professional and did a stellar job cleaning up the place (I just got my check from the apartment for the full security deposit!). For today's service, we used a Living Social voucher that included three hours of cleaning. She thoroughly scrubbed the kitchen and two baths, dusted, and cleaned all the wood and tile floors; although she didn't make it to another room we wanted serviced, and didn't get around to the vacuuming, the work seemed quite reasonable for three hours' time. I think our magic number will be four. Unlike the regular cleanings, move-out cleanings are scheduled by the hour, $35 for two people or $18-$20 for one. When we moved last fall, we were both working full time and I was just pregnant enough that most smells, including cleaning solutions, made me vomity. We Clean Homes was a godsend. She stayed for over six hours and cleaned everything from the oven to the baseboards to the blades on the ceiling fan. Our landlord loved us. We are really looking forward to bi-weekly, four-hour service going forward (with two full time jobs, furry pets, and a baby on the way, it's a luxury that feels like a necessity!).

Mind you I am the client, and I'm in my own home. This was bothersome. Further issues like charging us for last-minute cancellation, then raising the prices significantly once we got a dog claiming that there is dog hair everywhere in the house, which is untrue. Finally The last straw was unfortunately a worker got sick and they had to cancel our appointment the same day. They had no intention of getting us a cleaning before two more weeks past. All in all the company is concerned about themselves more than the clients it seems to us. We cancelled our service today.

I am incredibly happy with the pricing, punctuality, professionalism, and service provided by Fresh Power Wash. I originally intended to hire a different company because their website allowed me to make an appointment online, however, that company required a $25 non-refundable payment in order to access their calendar - that was a deal killer for me, and I am thankful it was. I reached out to Fresh Power Wash last week and exchanged several emails with them (I had numerous questions) and they were very quick and courteous in their responses. They got me on their schedule in less than a week and today cleaned the entire exterior of our entire house AND all of our windows for less than the other company charged to just wash our house exterior. About our house, it is white and James Hardie cement board, so even though it is only 4 years old, it had accumulated a great deal of dust, dirt, and grime. I just completed the review of Fresh's work and the home looks brand new. My wife is particularly difficult to please when it comes to cleaning and she also was very impressed with their work. With regard to the windows, they have the best prices that I found. In fact, instead of considering our four front windows (which are each separated into four panes) as 16 panes, they priced them based on the number of windows (so only counted them as 4). This greatly reduced the price versus all of the competitors that I researched. I cannot recommend Fresh Power Wash enough and I will certainly be using them again in the future. My only regret is that I did not take before and after pictures to show how amazing their work was.
