There are no baskets available because their employees have them stacked as high as they can with laundry and you can never use the restroom because they are always using it. They should just shut down and be a laundry service, not a laundromat, if this is how they are going to treat paying customers. I do not go to the laundromat for small loads and need the large load washers. I need to use the baskets to move them and when I'm there for a couple hours, I may need to use the restroom as well.

We purchased a new wool rug for our living room and the cleaning staff 'scalped' it by running the vacuum with a beater brush and low pile setting. It created pulls and frays throughout and fundamentally changed the look of the rug. I reached out to the owners at AAA after it happened as asked to file a claim. In response, AAA or their insurance company sent a "rug expert" out to inspect. The result, as you might expect from someone they hired, was "normal wear and tear" and a denial of the claim - even though the rug was 2 weeks old. So we were left with an expensive and damaged rug that AAA was unwilling to take any responsibility for damaging. Mistakes happen, but AAA's unwillingness to take any accountability for the damage is not a business I can recommend or will work with in the future. What's worse is they did just enough to cover themselves to dodge plausible responsibility. So if you're thinking about hiring AAA, just ask yourself whether you are comfortable with people coming into your home with zero accountability for any damage they may cause.
