I had a 2:10 PM appointment for fingerprinting, and upon arrival, I was greeted by a very professional woman at the front desk. However, my experience with Charlie Gomez was extremely disappointing. His behavior was rude and unprofessional he was aggressive in handling my fingers, snatching and pulling without any regard for my comfort. I'm unsure if he was having a bad day or if this is his usual demeanor, but it was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. Despite the poor service, I thanked him at the end, but he didn't acknowledge it. I repeated my thanks, yet he still ignored me. Frustrated, I asked the front desk for the manager's contact information and confirmed his name, Charlie. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. If you're considering this location, I urge you to look elsewhere for a more professional experience. Would not recommend this location, Charlie Gomez is extremely rude and will make you feel like the worst person. Very degrading tone and doesn't care at all. I was 5 minutes late for a background check appointment, literally stuck in car inspection garage in the same parking lot. Charlie don't seem to care, just says "she scratched you off the scheduled" and in all the emails you get for the background check there is no way at to contact the location directly. read more

Absolutely the worst service possible. If you have no immediate need...sure AAA is great. If you are stuck roadside - don't call AAA. Their contracts are with undependable roadside companies. I bought AAA for my daughter as she moved to Alabama. Of course she would get a flat tire! She called AAA - text quickly told her someone would be there at 2:22 pm. An hour from the call. 2:45 no one was there. 3 calls from her, 5 from me...once which lasted an hour and still nothing. So I call again...it's now been 4 HOURS she's been roadside. So call...I live in Texas and Elaine from California tells me there IS NO ONE IN TEXAS ANSWERING PHONE CALLS. No one! I live in Dallas. Texas is a BIG state...but today 2/20/2022 there is NO ONE IN TEXAS TO ANSWER MY CALL. So in the 4 hours that she's been roadside a tow truck pulls up. Guess what...they can tow her now. But also guess what? AAA refuses to pay for it unless they are contracted with AAA. Two calls ago and 2 hours ago the "professionals" AAA contracts with couldn't even reach their driver. So in 4 wasted hours two 18 year old girls have been roadside waiting for their AAA service person. So I'll pay the real tow company, and get them off the road. My advice? Save yourself the money and just use real professionals that don't contract with AAA. Or expect to be roadside longer than 4 hours apparently. Absolutely worthless service! This is a good AAA location, but they are often out of stock of maps that I ask for. Free maps are a big part of why I have been a AAA member for 25+ years, so it's pretty disappointing when maps are so frequently unavailable. Still, the staff is always courteous and helpful. read more

I walked in and told the guy at the counter I was there for a 11am appointment. His response was "don't matter, sign the walk in sheet" so what exactly is the point of having an appointment if it does literally nothing for you?? Unbelievable! Went to get my tags done and they only take cash or debit. Did not have so left. Found a bank to get the cash and went back. When I went back the system won't let me because the lady scanned the bar code on the forms and did not tell me this when I left nor made sure if I had cash or debit before scanning. Now I have to go wait in a long ass line at the tax place in order to get my tags renewed. How difficult is it to ask these questions first or at least give me a heads up before I go chase down money. Rude and poor customer service and communication. I came in to get an international driver license during my lunch break on a weekday and there was no line. The staff was friendly and knew what she was doing. The picture and everything took less than 10 minutes. Being a AAA member, while I was there, I updated my membership information seamlessly and quickly. The office could use a makeover, but that's really about it. read more

I'm just going to say, we used our friends AAA membership bc he had several unused tows left before they expired for the year. We were clear across town and they came and brought us all the way home. No questions asked. For nothing but a tip. Very very thankful! read more

Sorry but not sorry that this place never picks up their phone whenever I call for a quick question. I do however gave one star since the gentleman who assisted in changing a few details in my car insurance was very helpful. Other than that... Worst Customer Service Ever- I think. 1) First of all, for the past about 8 months I have been trying to change my mailing address from my street- to my PO Box, Because my street address mail has been going to other people 1-2 blocks away from my house. I even took down my mail box in front of my house- but AAA is still sending me stuff to my street and my neighbor is getting it. 2) For the past about 4 months, I was getting mail stating my Membership is about to expire- each of those letters- at least 4- I took to a local AAA office in Frisco on Preston Road to get the problem fixed. I did see Frisco change things in their computers- but I am guessing all the computers do not communicate to each other. The Frisco office said the problem was fixed. Evidently not because today I got a phone call from Debra Donovan I think at an office in Round Rock, Tx to say my Membership is expired and I can't renew my car insurance. I called Ms Donovan to leave a message(after closing) to have her call the Frisco office because the left hand is not telling the right hand what it is doing. Tomorrow I will call the Frisco office, tell them to call the Round Rock office so they can communicate. This has been going on for 4-5 months and now one person says my insurance is expired. read more
