I remember the guy laughing at me. My battery was bad so I went back to see if it could be replaced cause I got the warranty and they couldn't do it because what they had in their system did not add up . I paid cash and they found the receipt, but they're looking for their original receipt that was never on their computer. How is that my fault? I called and they said they would call me back the next day and they left a voicemail. I have lost three days of loads and I had to cancel due to them not giving me accurate time frames. When my driver called on Monday, the tech flat out told him they put two trucks in front of mine. Although my truck has been there since last Wednesday and I approved the quote on Thursday. I honestly feel they are taking advantage of me because I am a woman. This is disgusting.
