I remember the guy laughing at me. My battery was bad so I went back to see if it could be replaced cause I got the warranty and they couldn't do it because what they had in their system did not add up . I paid cash and they found the receipt, but they're looking for their original receipt that was never on their computer. How is that my fault? I called and they said they would call me back the next day and they left a voicemail. I had to call her several times to get a tracking number after she charged my card. She charged me and then a week later she finally sent the motor after I told her I wanted a refund and after several calls to her to try and find out where my motor was after being promised a 3 day delivery. They also told me free shipping and when it got here the shipping company wanted me to pay $185.00. I am happy there was visible damage to the packaging other wise we might of accepted it and it sounds like the majority of people buying stuff from here are saying it is junk. Now I am waiting for a refund, it has been more than two weeks, in the meantime I had to spend another $1600.00 to purchase another motor so I could get this customers car out of the shop. No wonder it's been hard for me find this place around Gessner Road and Clay Road. But it's very convenient from Beltway. Advanced Auto Parts is smaller than what I used to for an auto parts store. The parking lot is huge. In fact, there is additional parking across Steffani Lane. I often see people repair cars in the large parking lot (that's why you only see half of storefront photo). I like to browse for ideas on my car. However, I believe they could do better with the customer service, consider they already suffer with the location.
