He was able to get us in his shop within about 15 minutes. He put the car up in the lift and quickly diagnosed it as a heat shield that had fallen into the driveshaft. He fixed it in about 20 minutes and didn't want to charge us very much for the repair. We were so grateful at how quickly he was able to address the situation and get us back on the road towards home. We are really grateful for his kindness and expertise and would recommend Crandall automotive to anyone needing auto repair.

This normally involves everything that is checked during a state safety inspection, but with additional checks on the functionality of the vehicle and its systems (electrical, cosmetics, etc). I requested an engine compression test, and was told it would involve more time, which was fine. What I received: 10 photos of the undercarriage and two lines about the seller being old and needing to sell. No start. No compression test. No other photos. No evidence anything else had been examined. Chris was polite and apologetic, and he did adjust the invoice, but I was left with no clear idea about the vehicle, despite paying for exactly that service.

I can own one?" That was the beginning of the dream come true. Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years. (And I thought I wanted a golf cart!...this is so much more fun :) I'm so lucky to be a Model T owner that when I ride along the road, everyone smiles... but their smile is not bigger than mine!! Tom came by, took a look at the pieces I did have and created the Part from virtually out of thin air. I then rehired him to make a couple repairs at my mothers and again, did a fantastic job. I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.

My smallest Chevy SUV was dead in my driveway this morning. I am a 30 year member of AAA and…read morethrough them, I was connected to Ricci and Son's Towing in town where I live. Within 30 minutes of my calling in to AAA, Jason from Ricci and Son's Towing was in my driveway ready to help. I did request him to replace the 7 year old battery original to my car and he was happy to do it. He was pleasant, efficient and knew what he was doing. My day began being inconvenienced but the morning ended with me being able to go on my way to stock up with some groceries for our next snow storm and not having to worry about my little SUV not being in service. I am an 80 year old widow who appreciates nice young people who are proficient in their job and kind and thoughtful to we senior citizens.
